Dr. Riggs is the GREATEST I am blessed to be his patient. I had surgery on my eyes due to cataracts and Glaucoma and was very anxious and down right scared but Dr. Riggs explained the procedure and prayed with me which to me is extra special. I am a senior citizen. Dr. Riggs has always been patient and caring of any request for information and explanation. I trust him to keep me aware of any major issues with my retina. He is a Dr. easy to communicate with.
