Having been a patient here for several years I am quite done with them after todays fiasco. After booking an appointment for an annual physical with Dr Gamble 90 days ago yes thats how long it takes the practice then proceeded to leave me in a consultation room for 45 minutes with no updates as to why she was delayed and no offer to reschedule for another time despite an unanswered request for an update at the 30 minute mark.I like Dr Gamble. She is a very nice intelligent person. But my time is not free and noone should be abandoned like this by any medical practice no matter how busy they are. I will not be back.

I used to see Dr. Gilmore and she was amazing. I was given Dr. DiCastro and he was horrible. Poor bedside manner and condescending. Its been a year since I saw a doctor since my experience was so bad. I will try another provider at this facility and pray they are better.

I truly enjoyed my visits here. The staff members are very welcoming and professional. Sonia was able to get me an appointment asap and she was very friendly and has a wonderful personality. Thank you for taking care of me

I am absolutely disgusted by the way they treat the patients. We are in a pandemic and they refuse to be flexible with an emergency TB tested needed for a adoption. The wait was over a hour on the phone to get through and then the receptionist speak to you as if you are an idiot. I refer many children to Dr. Ward and we have been patients at ARC for 12 years. Very disappointing as a parent foster care parent and childcare provider in our community.

Just had my first visit with Dr. GAMBLE she was very knowledgeable and the staff was great. All very encouraging as I have started on a journey that will change my life. I am grateful they could see me.

If you are lucky to finally get through to speak to someone on the phoneThe rest is easy.Staff is very good. Docs very good.So yeah. Aside from the ridiculous wait time on the phone its a good place.But if you need to actually TALK to someone and if you live near by....it would be better if you stopped in personally with your question. Otherwise.be prepared to be on the phone forrrreeevvvvverrrr...

We love Dr. Ward He sees both my kids and is caring compassionateand has a gentle way about him that is very comforting to them AND me. He speaks to my kids like people and thats always something I appreciate.
