My initial review appears to be missing so here it is again: On 3/14 my doctor made a referral to them that was never followed up on. I called myself to follow up after a few weeks and they stated it wasn’t there. Called the original doctor who swore it was sent and was able to resend. Still nothing. Dr Graves saw the initial poor Google review and stated he had staffing issues that were since addressed but blamed that for the lack of communication. He said they were only behind a few weeks. Try MONTHS doc. Then he found the original referral lost as it was archived. Well my last time I called I was hung up on by HIS STAFF when I said hello. I did what anyone would do and made my own appointment online for the first available at Austin location since HIS STAFF doesn’t want to work. Today I showed up to be told rudely by HIS STAFF no appointment was made and blamed me for that one. I’ve waited 3 months for a second opinion on a private matter and at this rate I have no faith or trust in this doctor.

Quick check in, with friendly staff. Dr Sharp does a thorough exam while associates take notes. Efficiently, friendly very short wait time.

Dr. Correa is very calm yet confident, and he seemed very knowledgable in his observations and explanations while doing my first full body exam. He answered all the questions that I had, and fortunately I had a clean bill of health! His medical staff was very pleasant as well, and I was seen on time. I would rate my overall first experience with Southwest Dermatology and Vein as excellent!

I was late for my appointment but they still saw me for aa routine exam and everything went well. Dr. Correa is an excellent dermatologist.
