Possibly the least professional healthcare organization I've encountered. I would give them 0 starts but that's not allowed I don't think. My wife had broke her foot. They told her she had to wait 6 hours. We went to Hugley ER - and they took good care of us. Following up with that, due to WC, she went back (after they called that a time had opened up) and they failed to get her a referral etc. They didn't do it - and both WC and others stated this statement is not true. We started completely over today with Concentra today. Far more professional - she was in and out in about an hour or less. Referral and appointment set. My wife lost 6 days because of them. Unbelievably unprofessional. Go to Concentra.

Called and asked about a shot for my daughter. They said yes gave me the price 149 for the shot and 50 for the vist. No appointment needed just show up. Got there they told me they dont have that shot sorry dont no who you talked to. Thank you for wasting my time to drive way out of my way.

If you need to URGENTLY see a doctor, do not come here. We waited over TWO hours to see a doctor. This is an urgent care so urgently see the people that come to see you. I understand some patients are more problematic than others but time management is key. Super disappointed this is the closest to us but after this experience I'm willing to drive further for better care.
