My mom needed an upper and lower GI she is 80 years old and recently diagnosed with kidney cancer so a lot of doctors we have been seeing lately. Staff here was so very kind and caring to my mother answering all of her questions I so appreciate that I would recommend 100%

Had biopsy done a week ago and they said I can get my results in a month .that is so stupid to have to wait to see if I have stomach cancer.

Dr Bismar and his staff were wonderful. They rushed me in right before Christmas even though I was a new patient. I told them I was having pain and not only did they get me in but they ordered test on a rush. I cannot thank them enough. They are truly very caring people.

Dr Bismar conducted a colonoscopy on me in 2017. When I first met him a few weeks earlier I explained to him how traumatic of an experience I had with my last colonoscopy. He made a commitment to make sure everything would go smoothly from the moment I checked in to the office to the minute I checked out. Well, the day of the procedure the staff from the front office to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist treated my kindly, gently and skillfully. Before long Dr Bismar came to say hello and to make sure the staff were taking good care of me. He comforted me and built up my confidence in him with his soft and gentle words of kindness yet with strength. Before I knew it, I was awoken by the nurse, who allowed me to gradually get oriented to were I was, realizing only then that the procedure was completed. A few days later I had a follow visit with Dr Bismar and he briefed me on the procedure, what he found and the action he took to treat me. This entire process from start to finush was refreshing, given what you have to go through. And that is where Mike Bismar stands out above his peers. He cares about your well being from start to finish. I strongly recommend Dr Bismar for your gastrology needs.
