Mohammed BASEM Chaker's Online Review Report Card

We have been patients of Dr. Chaker’s for many years. He is exceptional. The customer service has changed with front office. I left a message over a week ago for a call back for for my daughter who is going away to college. I received no call back and initiated a call this morning and someone actually answered the phone. I told her she is leaving the end of August and that I left a message last week that didn’t a receive a call back. She said she doesn’t have anything until closer to the middle of September. My daughter has unusual moles around her hairline and top of her feet and back of the heel. I just wanted a head to toe before she left. Should I have called sooner, possibly. If you’ve ever gone through a high school graduation and preparing for college, you know the headache and time. I also have never experienced more than a month wait for an appointment. That said, I don’t think I was heard and I could have been offered to be put down for a cancellation for her. I now have to find another dermatologist after over 10 years with Dr. Chaker in the hopes someone can see her in the next month or so.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Chaker and his office staff. Excellent from the time of making the appointment to checking out. Clean and comfy waiting room as well. Thank you, folks!

My granddaughter was seeing him..I mean he may be a good dermatologist but his office is ran horribly..no one answers phone..no one calls back when message is left ..left my grabd waiting for two months and still never got anything done..

Dr. Chaker is an outstanding dermatologist. He literally knows it all. He diagnoses without any hesitation. Plus he is kind and honest. I always feel comfortable and secure with him. Highly Recommend.

Dr. Chaker is a wonderful dermatologist. We've been to him several times over the years and I've never had any issues. He is very kind and patient and answers any questions thoroughly. His staff are always very nice and helpful as well.

The Staff is terrible. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment for over a week. No one answers the phones, and no one calls back if you leave a voicemail. Absolutely unacceptable. No one should need to put this much effort into something as simple as scheduling an appointment.

No problem with the Doctor but the staff customer service is lacking. My appt. was at 1:45. At 12:45 they called about a referral needed. I called my Primary. They sent it immediately by fax. I get there at my scheduled time. Initially I was told they didn’t have it yet. Then it was found but I was told they needed something from insurance. I tried to explain I’d never needed anything else before but she wasn’t receptive. I was half way home and they called to say they were wrong. Wanted to reschedule but I told them I wouldn’t be needing them further.
