From the scheduling of my appointment to my departure, the experience was very personable. The sweetest nurse Adam called with a smile (I could hear it through the phone call) walked me through the cleaning prep to ensure accuracy and upon my arrival my wristband was ready with and a smile from the front desk clerk. The check in devices are user friendly and clean. After you are taken in the back, you're treated like royalty, from warm blankets to gentle touches, each nurse has the same compassionate spirit that will make your experience personable. The anesthesiologist Claudia was gently kind and removed anxiety by explaining the process and remaining with me until the end. The nurses Lauren and Farrah offer small talk that help remove anxiousness. They all understand what it must be like to have an unconscious procedure and I appreciate their commitment to excellence. And last but not least, Dr. Anees is a man of few words but great impact. I've been seeing him for years and he has great bedside manner and cares for each patient. This staff is a great team. I'm blessed to have been served by them.

Horrible doctor extremely rude and treats his employee like trash

I wish I didn't have to leave any stars. This man is evil. He doesn't truly care about his patients, or profession. He in no way wants to help people. He wants to commit insurance fraud, and leave you hanging. He also runs a mosque out of the building, and that is his main priority. If patients come in with service dogs, he makes them wait outside due to his religion. Highly illegal!!!! He doesn't like americans AT ALL!!!!! For your own health, RUN from this place!!!!!!

This dr forced my sick mom to pay twice the amount of her copay for just an office visit, or they refused to see her. When I asked why was the copay double, the office staff wouldn’t answer except “I’m not sure call your insurance.” I did call, and they said what they did is illegal.

Great doc very friendly and thorough

The doctor was great, staff was really nice, especially the nurse and anesthesiologist. One huge complaint I have is that I was given a contracted UHC rate for the procedure and on the day of the procedure I was informed that my insurance will not cover doctor's services and I had to pay more than double what I was told. At this point I could not back out and had to pay. Very disappointed in how this was handled since it was not pocket change that we are talking about. I was quoted $595 and had to pay $1325. Be sure to get everything in writing before your procedure to be on the safe side. I would definitely have given it a 5 start had the payment not been an issue.

Worst Experience Ever!! Waited over 2 hours to see the doctor who: 1. Didn't listen to what I had to say 2. Didn't even bother to examine me 3.Only saw me for 10 min 4. Tried to prescribe me medication I am allergic to after repeatedly stating I am allergic to it!! THE DOCTOR SAID TO TRY THE MEDICATION ANYWAY AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!! What ever you do, DONT GO HERE. The staff is 100% incompetent. The nurses fight with each other and have no idea how to even do their job. You call to ask questions and the nurses give lies as answers because they dont know then state " well I dont want to lose my job so I dont know" when confronted about the lies. Extremely unprofessional staff and unbelievably incompetent on basic HIPPA regulations and releases of medical information. I had requested medical records and the nurses could not even send that correctly via fax or mail! Instead they sent failed fax cover sheets in the mail after I had repeatedly asked for them to send via fax to my new doctor. The nurses are so passive aggressive. I STILL DONT HAVE MY MEDICAL RECORDS AFTER 3 MONTHS OF REQUESTING THEM. They should be ashamed of treating someone who is ill and in pain this way. Very stressful and terrible all around. Wish I never came here. Every bad review about this doctor was 100% accurate. Learned the hard way.

This guy needs to retire, he never listens to symptoms or opinions. He was treating me for a year for ulcerative colitis. I finally got in another office and got a second opinion, come to find out I have a cyst in my lower intestine the size of a golf ball. How did this jackass not notice that on the scan? He's a quack witch doctor.

Great doctor, my wife had an emergency and he went to the hospital to perform surgery on my wife and everything went great and very nice.
