While the staff and Dr. Pham are friendly, my family and I found that (for our mother, the patient) there was a tendency to stretch even minor procedures into separate visits ( IE. Scraping a lesion, removal of a separate small lesion). This was due to insurance issues, I was told. I called the insurance company and that was not what the representative said.. There was no follow up, no phone calls at all, on my mother when a particularly large cancer lesion was removed on her shin bone. We ended up getting Home health and a wound care specialist to give care, (underlying health issues contributed to poor healing). When having rescheduled to have a nasal lesion removed, Dr Pham indicated that was not possible that day but to reschedule. Our previous email and note had notified the office this was why we came. I personally wouldn't recommend this office, unless positive changes are made in the areas mentioned above.

I never saw this Doctor but I had an appointment today at the Fort Worth office. This was my experience. No COVID protocols in place for patients. Long wait of over 40 minutes. Some seat were inches apart. No temperature check and no COVID questions were asked. At least 5 patients without masks during my wait. I saw a PA. I was never informed beforehand I would not see a licensed dermatologist. I will not return. Do not recommend this office.

Very relaxed the staff and dr. Nice, and quickly made me feel comfortable, took good care of me with my condition.

Dr Pham is great! Down to earth guy and has such a great energy and bedside manner.

First of all, my LEGAL name is Josephine. I filled out all of my paperwork with my LEGAL name. My insurance card still has my birth name/dead name. EVERY SINGLE TIME I was called they used my deadname. I told them to call me by my legal name and they said they can write my legal name as my “preferred” name. NO IT IS NOT “PREFERRED”. MY ID SAYS JOSEPHINE. Whatever. Disrespectful but whatever. And then I came in for my next appointment, STILL calling me by my deadname by EVERY SINGLE staff member.. These people obviously do not care about you. I am not transgender but I CANT IMAGINE COMING HERE AND BEING TREATED LIKE THIS IF I WAS. If you don’t understand why people change their names, at least be empathetic. People change their names for a reason-transgender, not identifying, traumatic experiences. They deserve simple respect with their LEGAL name. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS PLACE. Aside from their disrespect of addressing me wrong, let me talk about what I had done. I was getting two moles removed. I was quoted they’d be about $100-300. I came in the day of surgery and was charged $800+. The front desk girl wasn’t knowledgeable as to why it was that much. I was like whatever. I HATE these moles. They’re going to be gone and I’ll never be at this terrible place again. Months later I get a bill from a lab for $600. These were tiny moles on my face. I know they’re not cancerous. Even if in the tiny chance they were, they’re being FULLY removed. WHAT is the reason for sending a little pepper of a mole to a lab to charge me $600 on top of overpaying for my mole removals. This place just sucks the life out of you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Great Dr. Very personable & puts you at ease. Takes the time needed to explain procedure and answered all my questions. Nice office staff as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pham is hilarious! We were cracking up laughing my whole visit. He froze a little pre-cancerous spot on my lip, and next month I'm going to have some Restolin fillers done. I have all the faith in the world that Dr. Pham is going to do a good job on my "fillers". My husband HATES doctors, but because I told him how funny & friendly Dr. Pham is, Hubby agreed to let me make him an appointment for his skin issue!

I’m extremely picky when it comes to my skin. Great dermatologist group! Would trust them with my small kids and myself! Very friendly responsive and knowledgeable! Couldn’t ask for better service.

Such a nice staff and doctor. He explained everything to me and made me feel a lot more at ease. I dreaded surgery on my face but he did such a great job I don’t even have a scar! Highly recommend!

Dr. Pham is a very caring doctor. He took the time to explain what he would be doing when removing a mole from my husbands head. Made us feel like we had been going there for years. Excellent Doctor and stuff was very friendly and helpful.
