Awful. They canceled my husbands appointment day of due to no medical records, fine I called back to ask if he went and got imaging done this morning could he still be seen trying to work with their needs and still get my husband seen for a hernia that’s gotten bad and I was told “we don’t want to waste the specialists time” what?! Patients needs are a waste of time here apparently. Do better
Absolutely horrible experience. I have never encountered a physician as unprofessional and lacking in compassion as Dr. Waters. My boyfriend, a Veteran, has been suffering from a debilitating urological condition for over three months. He has been in and out of emergency rooms and multiple medical appointments trying to find answers. He arrived for a sensitive procedure already experiencing significant anxiety. Rather than showing patience or empathy, Dr. Waters entered the room and immediately said, “We need to hurry this up, I have other patients.” As my boyfriend struggled with anxiety during the procedure, Dr. Waters told him, “If you can’t tolerate it, you can’t tolerate it.” He also stated that calling the office’s designated emergency line was inappropriate, despite that line existing specifically for patient concerns. No patient—especially someone already dealing with chronic pain, fear, and uncertainty—should ever be treated this way. Medical expertise means very little without compassion and professionalism. What made this experience even more concerning was that the physician assistant acknowledged that Dr. Waters’ behavior was inappropriate and unnecessarily confrontational in such a vulnerable setting. This was one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences we’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking respectful, compassionate care.
Have no issues with the Doctors or Nurses or the treatment at this location. But they have had alot of issues with their scheduling and the billing. Continuously they are misquoting pricing and over charging. Every time I challenge the charges they get clarification from their billing group and either have to refund or change what is owed. I have been going to them for months and every visit have had billing issues. I know I'm not the only one as you can hear multiple people challenging the costs being charged. Just beware of what they say you owe and challenge what does not look right because it has always proven to be wrong at least for me
BEWARE: Real horror story here, while the doctors here may very well be OK my issue was with Breanna, Dr Waters admin. She scheduled my MRI with a facility that doesn't accept my insurance not once but TWICE causing me to loose precious time receiving diagnosis and treatment. Evidently she is above calling my insurance company to find a facility that works with my insurance. I don't know why people like this are in even in health care because OBVIOUSLY she doesn't care about my health enough to make a call. All the other places I go have always done this. Honestly, I don't know how she sleeps at night. So, I intend to file a formal complaint with the state and I'm contemplating legal action.
This center decided to refer me out to another urologist days before my scheduled surgery with no explanation. I had to ask why! When I was told the stone I had was too large they didn't even schedule another appointment to go over the scan to show me why. They wanted me to schedule a more complicated procedure without any documentation of why. This place may work for other with simple kidney stones but I think they decide to take on cases according to preference rather than the need of the patient.
Dr. Waters and his staff are fantastic. I’ve never felt like a Dr and his staff listened to what we wanted and needed like this office. My mom has been going to an office and her hometown for years and in less than two years Dr. Waters has improved her case dramatically just by listening and asking questions and giving us time during our appointments to figure out what’s really going on.
If you're a veteran and get an outpatient referral here call the VA and get another referral, they are charging veterans 160$ for a "take home bag" that they say the VA won't cover. What they are failing to mention is that there should be ZERO cost to the veteran instead these people are trying to scam veterans out of 160$ even though every single outpatient referral is at no cost to the veteran. If you are a veteran make sure to turn these people in so they can get taken off of VA referrals.
Have been going to the Burleson office for about a year with a family member. Initially the visits were good. The last 5 appointments have resulted in excessive wait times of 25 to 50 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Totally unacceptable!
Great people and excellent care.
Really liked Dr Kelly and all of staff!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
