Excellent care and sevice. Was seen by PA Makenzie who was very attentive and caring. Courtney was my check out nurse very thorough. Thank you Care Now for taking good care of me. The wait wasn't long all. Especially for a Friday evening.

I understand places get busy but don't subject perfectly healthy people to suck people. I was assigned by my employer you come here to take a drug test upon hire. Normally I would never even consider entering any kind of doctors office or hospital but I had no choice. The care now literally sits you in the same waiting area as everyone else and I was here over an hour before I was even seen. There was another woman sitting there longer than I was. All I'm saying is if i get sick. THIS WONT BE THE LAST THING I SAY! (Yes I wore a mask) And either dang way... like who wants to waste over an hour of their day at a care now for a friggin drug test?!?

The online check-in and registration is pointless. I waited 45 minutes at my house and have now been waiting over 40 minutes in the clinic after being contacted and told they were ready to see me. The person at the front desk recommended I come on Monday - Friday. Like it's possible to know when you may need urgent care. My first and last time doing business with this company. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had trying to get medical care in my life.
