I insisted my both my parents see a podiatrist due to ongoing foot issues in summer 2023. Dr. Khavari truly seemed to care about addressing each of their issues. However, the staff does not seem engaged or care at all about patients. They didn’t send in the prescription Dr. Khavari prescribed for my dad until a few days after the appointment and only after I had to call them multiple times. One staff member also insisted that there was a certain medication my mom couldn’t have due to diabetes — my mom has no history of diabetes and at no point did we mention it during her visit. After 3 different times/phone calls of telling this staff member she didn’t have diabetes, my mom decided she didn’t want the medication at all. Now, 6 months later (with his issues only getting worse), my dad decided to visit an orthopedist who asked him to bring a CD with his X-ray images done by Carrollton Foot Center. My dad picked up the X-ray CD from the office and took it to his new doctor only to find out that the CD Carrollton Foot Center gave him was blank. The new podiatrist also let him know that the boot Carrollton Foot Center sold him for his recovery is for an entirely different foot issue my dad doesn’t have, so he’s been using something that didn’t address his condition for 6 months. Again, the doctor seems nice but good luck with follow up care from the office staff here who are interested in selling creams and boots to patients but not much else beyond that.

Dr Khavari is absolutely incredible and the new staff is simply amazing. She genuinely seems to love what she does and is passionate about helping her clients. I'm really glad I am able to utilize Dr Khavari for my surgery. I highly recommend her services. She is friendly, understanding and kind.

I am very pleased with Dr. Khavari and her staff at Carrollton Foot Center. She and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. She takes time to really listen to your issues and explain options and procedures. My feet feel so much better with my custom inserts.
