List of Cynthia Stuart's Reviews
I want to first say I am very sad having to write this review with a doctor I have known for the past 10 years. Dr. Stuart has always been very attentive and kind to me and my family however, I am not sure if she knows how her office has been handling her patients as she transitioned to Diamond Physicians. As I stated before Dr. Stuart as been my doctor for the past 10 years, I very rarely get sick so I would only be seen for fasting labs and my yearly exam. My last visit was in 2018 and Dr. Stuart was still taking insurance however she told her patients of her transition to Diamond Physicians. I was also informed that Dr. Stuart would see self pay patients and I could use my insurance for any labs and I was ok with this.Moving forward, I sent an e-mail at the beginning of 2019 to make an appointment as I always did. I was told Dr. Stuart will no longer see self pay patients and I must purchase a Diamond membership to see Dr. Stuart. I completed the information and sent it back. I sent a follow up email and I was told I was added to the waiting list and I was currently #32. Ive been on the waiting list for a year or so now with constant follow ups as to my status and I was told I was still on the list so I waited. I waited because Dr. Stuart knew my history and we developed a patient/doctor relationship over the years. Moving forward to 2020 I have been in and out of the hospital experiencing swelling, weight gain, shortness of breath and pain. I was always told to follow up with my PCP after being treated in the ER and discharged. After every visit I would again reach out to Dr. Stuarts office to follow up on the waiting list and was told I was still on the list. I was recently admitted into the hospital with early signs of CHF and I was told to follow up with my PCP to be referred to a cardiologist. On my last email follow up to Dr. Stuarts front office I explained to her what was going on and I asked about the waiting list again. I was informed they didn't foresee me getting off the waiting list and it was best that I find another doctor. I was shocked at what they told me since I have been waiting for over a year to get in to see Dr. Stuart, a doctor that has been treating me for years. I really didn't want to see another doctor as Dr. Stuart as been the best doctor Ive ever encountered. Ive never had a problem over the years with communication or anything however, I received a call from Dr. Stuarts director and for the first time he was very rude to me as I was trying to understand the waiting process I endured. At this point I have to find another doctor as awesome as Dr. Stuart. I really wish I could have stayed on the waiting list to hopefully in the future be able to see Dr. Stuart but with that last email I don't see this happening. 10 years of being a patient with Dr. Stuart and now I have to start over.
I had my first appointment with Dr Stuart today and had the best care I’ve received in the past 10 years. She actually spoke to me for longer than 15 minutes AND physically examined me! Can you believe that‽ To my surprise, there are actually Dr’s out there who are still doing work to help you! Once you factor in the care you receive, and depending on your needs, you can actually save a ton of money using this model of care. Their labs are beyond reasonable and the entire staff is incredibly kind and skilled at their job. I can’t say enough good things. 100% glad I took the plunge and became a patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
