I would strongly suggest to avoid. I’ve had multiple billing issues, after just calling to discuss with Carolyn, I was hung up on. When calling back now I cannot get her on the phone. Unfortunately I have had a mostly negative experience and would not recommend.

Staff was maskless as was the doctor. Waiting room had Fox New on the TV repeating the exact same anti-mask talking points from the last 20+ months. I wadded up my questionnaire and left. My dentist for 15 years died of COVID but at least he had the sense and COMMON COURTESY to wear a mask around patients. Blatant disregard for others and other negative reviews point out.

Second need for Dee was today on the ten year old. This guy and his staff are really amazing. Reset my arm two years ago and my son's today. These folks couldn't be nicer or more capable. Entire staff is exactly how you'd want a doctor to be in a perfect world. I love these folks.

Dr. Jennings did a meniscus repair on me several years ago and ended three years of pain. It was fantastic. My regular doctor didn't send me for a MRI, just x-rays, and the first thing Dr. Jennings did was send me for an MRI. He spotted the problem immediately. I was in so much pain before that I couldn't sleep without waking up to gingerly move my knee to a new position. I couldn't turn over in bed like a normal person. Everything was great until I broke my kneecap years later. Dr. Jennings fixed it. I never did quite get my full ROM back (I quit PT before I wanted to because Baylor screw up the billing. Later, they gave me a refund). My knee is about 90% good now, which is OK. I can do everything I need to do. DON'T use the PT next door to Dr. Jennings. Use Baylor in Richardson, which has a warm pool that is the best thing ever, but make sure they don't overcharge you.
