Dr Peck has been my optometrist for over 17 years. She is so patient and easy to deal with. The office staff is friendly and the prices on contacts are pretty much what we find anywhere else. She's amazing and I'll always keep coming back.

Always a fantastic visit, they've got the best equipment so I'm getting the best eye exam possible. Veronica was a big help and got me in a great pair of new frames, and a good looking pair of sunglasses too!

Call today to order my contacts and was told that my contact rx has been expired. I was there in June and have been Dr. Peck patient for over 10 years and always did both glasses and contact exam at the same time. This was most likely administrative error so I stopped and asked to see Dr Peck so she will probably remember me since my whole family been coming there for years. The office manager told me that Dr. Peck is refusing to see me and I will need to schedule an appointment and pay for contact exam again. Dr Peck is great doctor but since eyemed took over my experience is nothing but huge disappointment.

They scheduled my appointment during lunch time. During my visit I am asked to wait an hour as all the staff went for lunch!!! The person managing the front area was very rude.

Dr. Peck was very helpful and through. During this pandemic, she has precautions in place that made an exam complete, while being safe. However, her receptionist is wearing her mask below her nose. The whole time I was there, mask was not in place. And the other lady her mask was not secure to her face. I left and sanitized my face and hopefully they are not sick. I encourage Dr. Peck to please compel her staff to wearing face masks correctly.

My husband and I both went here and we both had a great overall experience. Dr. Peck was great and the staff was great as well! Very nice inside, too.

You walk in and it is a very nice....until you meet the receptionist. Im confused on how someone like her has a job in customer service. Just the rudest person I've ever met. Get rid of her and your business will grow. Trust me!
