My wife called here to get some general information for possibly making an appointment. The staff was very customer friendly.

My doctor referred me to this doctor due to an issue with my breathing. It has been three weeks since the referral was sent and have not heard a word. Sounds like poor office help or this doctor doesn't follow up with what is going on or not going on in her office.

Dr. Tompkins, She take time in speaking with you to get information about the issue or issues you are having with your health. Recommend test in her determination. I would recommend her and Grateful she’s was recommended to me.

Love these Doctors and Nurses. They always give me the best care and time to answer any questions I may have. Recommend them 110%

Dr. Thompkins treated me for severe septic pneumonia in February of 2018. I am 100% recovered today as a result of the care I received while I was her patient. Dr. Thompkins was honest about the severity of my condition but was a source of inspired support throughout the months of my treatment. She was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. Dr. Thompkins is a wonderful doctor-- the best I have ever encountered in my life. So yes, I would recommend her highly.

Dr. Tompkins is a very competent as well as caring and kind physician. She has helped me to regain my health to the point of not having pneumonia every few months. I am very grateful for that. It is worth traveling a further distance to see her.

This is also a review for her Physician Assistant. The office staff is very courteous. The amount of time to be able to get an appointment is approximately 6 weeks from my experience. They do try to accommodate and get you in sooner if there is a cancellation. My main concern is lack of follow through in calling back chest X-Ray information or call back period. I am a repeat but fairly new client who is also a medical provider. I called and left a message for the PA and was told that there was no record of my call. I advised the front office of my symptoms and that since seeing the PA 10 days earlier that absolutely no change in my symptoms had occurred and could she please call me back. I still did not receive a call back. For this reason I have decided to search out another practitioner.

Don't waste your precious time, precious money and most of all your precious health with this doctor!! She is aweful!! There are great doctors out there....keep on looking!

I went to her newly diagnosed with a rare lung disease. I cannot say enough good about her to do her justice. Very professional yet compassionate. She wants only whats best for her patient. She saved my life a couple of times and stood with me in making life choices as to whats best for my health. I was under her care for several years and regret that in moving, I had to give her up. As a doctor, she is gifted in healing and as a person, you could not meet a better person. Bless you, Dr. Tompkins, for you will always be considered my angel.

Dr. Tompkins was very hands off in my situation. She left everything up to Kathy, her P.A. who is very nice, but the doctor does not follow up. Dr. Tompkins also failed to communicate effectively with my primary care physician. Poor communication is also an issue with the receptionist.
