I don’t have any problem about procedures. Dr. Kurian knows his job and worked for me. My problem is with anesthesia bill. I got two times pain shot. Each time, I went to doctor visit first and after that they got insurance approval and invite me for procedure. I got my shots. Prior, I was going to the shot front desk gave me some papers fill out and signed. One of them was showing anesthesia out network and I signed without looking all details. Because they called me, they said they got acceptance from my insurances. After 6 months later, I have received two invoices for Star Anesthesia and total was $6K. It was shocked for me. They never informed me that Star Anesthesia was out of network. When I called them and went their office as well, they said you signed that. She gave a copy of it. I said is it fair what you did. You called me and said we got insurance acceptance. She said yes but procedure only. I said why you did not inform me about anesthesia. She said we gave you paper and you signed. They are separate company. I said address same and name different only. She said we can’t do anything. You need to speak with them. So, I am warning you. If you go there and you think they got approval and called you come and get your shot, please ask them. Did you get approval for procedure and also for anesthesia? Otherwise you can also get $6K invoices afterwards like me.They can say, you signed. I never see anything like that in my life. Why they invited me and put papers front of me to sign when I was having big pain. And also they did not inform me out network anesthesia. So, as a patient, you can’t think that they will lie to you and you will get $6K after 6 months. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Staff in the front are very nasty and condescending. If Dr. is like staff I would not go there!!!!!

Dr. Kurian is without a doubt the best pain doctor i have ever run across. I have been under pain management for 15 years and 7 of those have been with Dr. Kurian. He is caring and listens to his patients for as long as it takes during and appointment, keeps meticulous records of every scan, proceedure and health of the patient. I use him more as a PHP than just a pain doctor. My wife and I both trust him for everything. I highly recommend him to take care of your needs.

Dr. Kurian is an outstanding doctor. He has excellent bedside manners and a deep knowledge of pain medicine, always making patients feel truly cared for. His advice is thoughtful, and his attention to detail is second to none. I trust him completely and highly recommend him. He has helped me with my joint issues on multiple occasions, and I’m very grateful for his care.

The staff is very caring and courteous. Dr. Kurian take time to listen to his patients. He always looks for what's best for his patients.

Dr Kurian is without a doubt one of the best most caring doctors I have ever been to in my 75 years. He treats the whole person with respect and the best medical advice and treatment available to man today. He is constantly searching for new ways and new applications to help his patients. He is very careful with his patients medications, not just a pill pushing doctor. My husband and I both recommend Dr Kurian with all our heart. He will not disappoint.

Dr Kurian is a very good Physician, he is better than other Physicians. He takes time to read over reports from other Physicians and test and explains what they are, and what the best options that can help with the different symptoms of the areas that causing the pain.

The care I received from Dr. Kurian was exceptional. The doctor listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The high level of professionalism displayed by the entire clinic team is commendable, and their efforts in making you feel comfortable during your treatments are truly valuable. I'm glad I had a such a positive experience.

I had the unfortunate and very unpleasant experience of dealing with Dr. Kurian's rude office staff the past several times I've been in the Carrollton office. Unbeknownst to me I saw Dr. Kurian in 2017 when my visit was billed to an insurance policy I no longer had and off the bat the receptionist brought it to my attention and then accused me of committing fraud. As someone who has made a point in my life to be the best role model for my children, that 100% was absolutely false and I was pissed for being accused of something I have never done. Then, after Dr. Kurian lowering my muscle relaxer I called to see if he could try injections in my upper back only to be told that he was unaware of my upper back issues. I have had 6 spinal fusions, the first 5 being in my neck and upper back so, I wanted to make sure they had received my complete medical history since I had to change providers due to insurance and while talking to the nurse or medical assistant, someone else got on the phone and told me that they were busy with patients and HUNG UP on me. So, naturally I told Dr. Kurian who informed me that the staff denied doing that. He clearly believed them. Meanwhile, I requested they look at my other office visits from 2017 and nobody did. Why? No explanation. Then today happened and as soon as I got to the Carrollton office I was told I had to pay my balance which Dr. Kurian said he would discount, and I don't have extra cash just laying around,I wanted them to explain why I owed the amount and was told I gave them a policy they didn't accept only today I called that policy and guess what, I didn't even have that policy until 2019. Plus the office staff refused to look at anything from 2017. They told me that they already gave me enough information! So I said obviously I'm stupid and I need you to repeat it then. Guess who Dr. Kurian sided with again??? Them. So good luck to anyone with a balance or a question.
