Signature Dermatology and Aesthetics's Online Review Report Card

My appointment was at 7:30,(12/13/2021)and I was the first patient waiting. When other patients started to arrive, they went to the doctors before me. When I asked the reasoning for why I am not called, she said I did not finish the paperwork, but I told her I already completed the paperwork. By 8:00, I had to cancel my appointment because I was running late for work. The attitude of the front desk lady was rude. Do not have any manners, is rude when she talks it behave, and even did not wish a Good Morning in return. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. Poor services and a heck of attitudes.

First impression… the office was bright, clean with a professional decorum feeling…and the front office staff was attentive, kind and efficient. The dermatologist, Dr Meyer, was intelligent, kind, considerate, gentle, and humorous! He is an amazing physician and I felt very comfortable as a patient! His assistants were also professional and sweet! I definitely recommend Dr Meyer!

I was able to make a last minute appointment with Dr. Orseth and seen the very next day. The entire staff was very kind. Dr. Orseth was very helpful, understanding, and thorough with my diagnosis. It took her less than 20 minutes to find the root of my problem. I highly recommend visiting her for all your dermatology needs!

Doctor Bento and the entire staff at Precision Dermatology were outstanding. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and that's a lot when you're sitting there getting your face worked on

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter yesterday for a skin lesion on her face, they were able to find me an early appointment the next morning- which I’m thankful. However when I picked up my daughter from school that same day the lesion had fell off, so I called the office first thing in the morning to cancel, and was told I will have pay $50 because it’s a last minute cancellation, and that’s their policy. I understand the policy, but how could I possibly cancelled more than 24 hours in advanced if I made an appointment less than 24 hours ago. We’re actually coming in as a new patient, but was told by front desk that we have to pay $50 before we could schedule next appointment. Ridiculous! We do have other options. We won’t be coming here!

Been seeing Dr. Bentow for a few years. Always answers every question I have. Staff is terrific as well.

First time visited very bad experience long waiting 6 or more people waiting only four chairs were available. After long tome Dr Bentow came and said come next time. I don’t know why he was rushing he didn’t want to understand my problemToooooo bad experience

Horrible… Too many people with no sitting arrangements. Long waiting. Dr Bentow was rushing after 30-40 minutes waiting. Didn’t listen the problem and said make another appointment ZERO STARS I wish I could give them MINUS TEN STARS Another patient was arguing in front….

Friendly professional staff and physician. They were right to the point, but still had a sense of humor. I got my questions answered and my concerns addressed. Good experience.

Always fun to see Dr Bentow,, keeps fixing my BCC on my face so I can keep my good looks!!🙄😂😂
