Even though I like the doctor, there are some random fees I have never had to pay at precious family medical practices. They always want me to followup with them about every tiny things that can be easily answered through messages. They are also very slow in processing to give out referrals to specialists which is very annoying and time consuming. Wish I could say good things but they repeatedly overcharge and put random things on your bill. If you’re not careful in reviewing everything, it’s a huge hassle to get the charges fixed. We have had to call the office, clarify the charges, and get them removed/ corrected. There’s also no transparency about costs of lab tests, X-rays, etc. And it’s happened more than once… definitely don’t recommend. I’ve been to so many doctors, and I’ve never had this issue happen repeatedly.Wish I could say good things but they repeatedly overcharge and put random things on your bill. I am reluctant to even give one star to this practice. I got tendinitis on my left ankle (achilles Heel). Because, of my insurance i was forced to go to this doctor. i called sometime late January and was given an appointment for the 4th of February. I saw the doctor, she gave prescribed a medicine for me and told me that she would refer me to a specialist. Today is the 14th, and i am still waiting on a referral. i have called them 9 times now. every time i get some one, they tell me that they will call me back and no body does. ( all this time i am still in pain and can barely walk). Of course this adds to my frustration. Every time i call, no one seems to know what they are doing, why i was there and so i have to explain to them everything all over again, every time. I know they need my birthdate and so this is the first thing i give to them. Yet, after all my explaining and telliing them that how frustrated i am and by the way, still in pain, i am yet again asked for my birthdate and told that someone will call me again. NOBODY DOES. Today, i lost it. i told the lady who picked up my phone that i was very frustrated and all i wanted was a referral to a doctor who would accept my insurance....and o yes, that i was still in pain.....she puts me on hold and a few minutes i get a WESS on the line. He asks me what my question was and even before i can tell me what the issue was, he tells me what they are doing. i asked him why he was so rude and he tells me that because i was unkind to the other lady.......by the way, dont worry about the fact that i have called them NINE TIMES,  since the 7th, Never mind that i can barely walk, never mind that no body in his office could help me. He then goes on to tell me that if i am not happy with their services, then i should go somewhere else...LIKE I HAD A CHOICE. i ask to speak to his supervisor, who happens to be Dr. Xiao, and she will not be in town till next week. I ask to speak to the supervisor and she will not be in town till Friday. rude, mean people. Oh by the way, i am still in pain.........and their WESS tells me i could somewhere else....i hurt his feelings by being persistent.

I came here because I feel like Asians for Asians, but I was completely wrong!All they care about is how to get more money out of your pocket, nothing about profession, dignity and respect. I initially made an appointment for annual checkup, but Doc Hong convinced me to change the reason to sick and she told me otherwise insurance company won't cover the lab works. I had no idea that's a thing! Claim got denied and I talked to insurance, they told me it's due to incorrect billing code. Since November, I've been trying to contact the office regarding resubmitting the claim. All I got back are endless promises that the doctor would contact me to help, but no one ever contacted me! I requested a short phone call to speak to the doctor and the office booked me for today 1pm and told me she would definitely call me even if it's not really a business hour. Well guess what?? she never reached out, and no one answered my phone.This is so dang frustrating but I'll keep trying to make things right. Complete waste of my time, STAY AWAY people!

Wouldn't recommend it. There's a lab tech who always messes up drawing blood & has the nastiest attitude towards anyone/everyone. She always has the TV on and is more interested in watching TV than finding a vein the first time. Be ready to waste A LOT of time here because they put you in a room and just forget about you for up to 60 min. Dr. Xiao is a great doctor but her clinic will cause her to lose patients.Wouldn't recommend it. She always has the TV on and is more interested in watching TV than finding a vein the first time. Be ready to waste A LOT of time here because they put you in a room and just forget about you for up to 60 min. Dr. Xiao is a great doctor but her clinic will cause her to lose patients.

Lab technician is garbage, should be fired immediately

Long wait time, and the lady who was doing blood work was very rude, and failed to get the vein several times. Would not recommend.
