Jennifer, the PA and the front desk associates, as well as the nurses all were incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming
This was our first time working with Tricity Pain management and we are pleased so far with the success of the shot targeting my husbands pain. He’s had 8 back surgeries and shots for years, nothing was helping. I reached out to Tricity and they got us in “eventually”, the only reason I say that is because initially it was hard communicating with them. The lady I spoke with was kind, helpful and gracious but it took a few weeks to actually get scheduled. But I’m so thankful that we stuck with it because the experience was quick and easy. In and out! I highly recommend Tricity Pain management in Carrollton Tx.
People in Carrollton and in the Dallas area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Especially that doctor? williams in Carrollton. We went in for a follow up appt to see this guy, after they botched their procedure about a month prior and he did not care about any concerns we had about it. we told him what they told us was supposed to happen after this procedure was done and he got defensive telling us to calm down, didnt even let us fully explain what we were told was supposed to happen. he then kept telling us several times that there was nothing else he can do for us. he kept talking about some epidural that he wanted to do, but they CANNOT be trusted anymore. he just kept saying "there is nothing i can do for you". got up and left the room. this guy is very rude, does not take time with patients, he just wanted to get out of that room. all he cares about is the next charge. I really do not understand how this guy has been practicing for as long as he says he has. some people just dont need a license to practice. medical malpractice is what this is, and we will take care of him. So if you need to get worse from your pain, then this is the right place for you, and if you are looking for a doctor?? that does not care about patients and their concerns, then this is your guy.... but make sure you have insurance!
Dr. Wang is an exceptional physician, arguably among the finest in America, and it's truly disheartening that he will be leaving this office. . The billing department is a complete mess. They send me an invoice, I pay it, and then they call me to inform me that it was only a partial payment. Apparently, I still owe money. When I visit the medical office, there’s a sign that clearly states, “Payments are to be made before service.” However, in my case, I somehow managed to “escape” paying three times without any consequences. Their system is broken, and now I’m wasting my time dealing with their financial department. Very unfortunate.
Awesome doctors, nurses and staff never make me feel bad about my hectic schedule always work with me about all my issues provide real relief to an excruciating pain i can’t describe
The main office staff of this organization are not concerned with being helpful to or timely with patients. After 4 attempts to get the portal link sent to me I was told I was the hold up, that I had not provided my email address -which was not true as I was certainly receiving their “Happy Labor Day” and other marketing notices via email. On that subject, I called the morning of the Friday before Labor Day to see if there was any luck in getting me scheduled for PT, which was ordered on Aug 13. I was told it was a “holiday weekend” and they were too busy with other patients to respond. I guess it takes 2 weeks to complete this task and their holiday weekends include the Friday before the actual holiday? Folks: life is too short to beg for respectable treatment, let alone respectable medical treatment. While I have no complaints with Dr. Wang (who has since left this organization) other, much better orthopedic/pain management options exist. I attempted to resolve this complaint via the main office before posting this review and my email not responded to.
Going to miss Dr Carl Wang!! He’s been my Dr for 8 years now. He’s very kind and he treats me like I’m a human and not a patient.
A referral was made through my PCP to Tricity Pain Associates-Carrollton Clinic. The area was convenient to me first of all, and the staff checked me in and were polite, professional and made me feel at ease. There was no waiting. My doctor was Dr. Wang. He impressed me with his knowledge and expertise of the profession. I would highly recommend Tricity Pain Associates because you will be welcomed well to begin.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
