The appointment felt rushed, with minimal communication before a prescription was issued. I left the visit without receiving meaningful guidance, alternative treatment recommendations, or a detailed explanation of my condition. After conducting my own research online, I realized there are several additional treatment approaches and management options that could potentially address my issue, yet none of these were discussed during the appointment. Overall, the experience gave the impression that patient concerns were not fully evaluated or explored beyond the quickest possible solution.

I saw Dr Fairbanks and he prescribed antibiotics. Within two days of taking them my face was a mess red and itchy. I tried calling his office but was put on hold for a half hour. There has to be a better way of contacting his office. I stopped taking the medicine and my face is slowly recovering. I want to know if there is another antibiotic that he can prescribe.
