Far from excellent service. A patient was left in a vegetable state after a basic knee surgery. No accountability taken by these guys either. They felt that they did their jobs correctly.

Highly recommend. Dr. B Ranson was my anesthesiologist. He explained what was and would be happening while addressing my concerns and answering all my questions. I felt safe and cared for. I had an Outstanding team than took care of me while I was most vulnerable. 100% would trust him again.

I was hounded for several weeks about a bill. I kept insisting it was incorrect and after research my my insurance and additional insurance company I sent screenshots of a “paid in full” account on both. I questioned USAP and miraculously after that they “reviewed the account and there is a zero balance”. Why does it take me questioning them to realize this?! An absolute scam.

Check your claims. I have a bill form a year ago that is just sitting out there and not once was I contacted (you know how when you get an operation and you keep receiving bills months later from people coming out of the woodwork). For a person who always pays his bills these people must lose a lot of money. The winner for the worst I have ever experienced. I have updated my 1 star to 4 stars. I reach a person who was knowledgeable about what was going on. She said that the bill "is" out there but it is still being resolved with the insurance company. Yes, this is still being resolved after 11 months. The irritating part is somewhere in the future I am likely going to get hit with a $1000 bill from something years back when I could have paid it and got it out of the way. I am raising my stars because it is not their fault.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! THEY CONSTANTLY CHAGE THE AMOUNT YOU OWE AND WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONES! INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE DROPPING THEIR CONTRACTS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SHADY!

Talk about surprise 😮 billing then this is your company.. never once did I get a copy of their price list before surgery because they make it up as they go along. NO OTHER INDUSTRY GETS AWAY WITH THIS BUT THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY..If a grocery store didn't display prices their would be a riot, but these folks charge thousands and you never know it till you get punched in the face with their outrageous bills...disgusting, disgraceful, appalling and below board and beyond reproach!!!!! They certainty need a full investigation by the Texas Attorney General and get fined until they beg for mercy! They also hound you for payments but when you pay in FULL good luck getting a thank you or a paid In full letter!! It's no surprise that their Google Reviews are in the gutter and they speak volumes about this disgraceful company!!.. There is no need for me to contact you as I have told you everything you need to know in my review! Still waiting on a paid in full statement 🙄 😕 so quick to ask for money 💰 but no letter saying thank you and your account is paid in full..Disgraceful

Avoid this company at all cost. Years ago I went back and forth with them because they NEVER billed my insurance. It wasnt in their system and they kept submitting a claim to some other company. I talked to them multiple times and was assured back in 2017 the claim was send to the correct insurance then never heard a word again. BUT THEN they sent me to collections and it got put on my credit report in 2020, more then 3 years later without another call from them. Miserable billing department and poor communication. DONT USE THEM. There are better providers out there and research your group before going there. The reviews here prove how pitiful their billing skills are. 1,800 In collections because someone doesnt know bbn how to do their job.
