They changed ALL the staff here for some reason, and I don't like them AT ALL! I brought my child in sick, HOPING they can do something for him, but no, they barely even looked him over at all and just told me OTC meds to give him (we've done tried all kinds "otc medicine" and NOTHING which is why I brought him there). All the dr mostly done was talk the whole time about everything that wasn't ANYTHING to do with my son. Thankfully, he has insurance that paid for the visit, otherwise I would have acted a fool. And he woke up this morning sounding even worse. If I'd known they changed staff, I'd have found a different dr that a tally knows what she's doing!! Lesson learned, and i WONT be back!!

Well I was diagnosed with covid. they did not ask me about any of my medications that were current or any new medicines. She put me on steroids. I have type 2 diabetes this interfered with my blood sugar extremely up in the high 200's. I almost had to go to the er. This is a huge problem. They can be sued.

I went to Quick Visit for an earache. They called me quickly and Dr Berry saw me, prescribed me some antibiotics and I was on my way home all within 30 minutes.

This place advertises that it is an urgent care facility but it is not. Even though it says URGENT CARE on their sign and shirts. I was turned away because my BCBS insurance card has my primary care doctor on. They said I would need a referral. Urgent Cares do not require a referral. When I called her on this, she stated that were not an urgent care. I pointed out that it was on the sign and her shirt and she replied I don’t know why that is. However, I could pay a $99 consultation fee! This is totally fraudulent! I had to go and get treatment at the ER.
