This is a very busy office, and clean. Although the new-patient check-in process took over an hour for me, the staff were polite and helpful. Dr Robinson was knowledgeable, answered my questions/concerns, and things ran smoothly!

Won't be going back. Two visits and done.I personally had a visit and left feeling like I didn't matter at all. Rushed in, rushed out, wasn't given a chance to discuss the reason why I made the appointment in the first place.Fast forward a year, needed to get a parent an appointment to look at a skin thing on my elderly parent so unusual three general practitioners threw their hands up and insisted on a visit with a specialist. We were referred here and because we really needed to see someone I booked the appointment despite my personal reservations. Once again, total nightmare visit. Dr. Aftergut ran in, inspected the weird skin thing and declared it was just 'being old' and didn't want to discuss other reasons the issue might exist. We got exactly 5 minutes of his time and back out he ran without our getting a thorough visit and exam for my parent who has a history of skin cancer.Don't go hear if you want to actually discuss your skin. They have no interest in anything but cranking as many people in and out as possible.

The service in office was great, up until they rushed out the room without giving me any of the treatment information I needed to go purchase to start my improvement process. Before leaving the office I brought this to the attention of the of the receptionist but was only able to get the name from the nurse of one of the three products recommended. I’ve called their office twice and left two messages on the nurses line, and one on office manager line…. Nothing, it’s as if I really didn’t ever exist at all.
