I'm very grateful for our Acu Sensei - Jimmy with all of the members of Achieve team. His teachings are very recommendable. Being a part of the team is very priceless as a Web dev. A note sent to the owner: Good afternoon Mr. Yen. My son has been receiving treatments from your team for a couple of months ago. Recently we had a conversation around next steps for him, progress, etc. and I just wanted to share his comments mindset regarding his experience with your team. First, he has decided to continue treatment at his own cost. For a 17 year old boy to state that he feels like his treatment there is that valuable says a ton to me. Not many teen boys would take their earned money and spend it on this, and it speaks to the level of trust he feels toward your team and the value he sees they bring to his recovery. Some of his comments were, "they explain things to me so clearly and I think they actually care and aren't just trying to get me to book for the sake of booking." When he expressed he might not continue treatment he said "Mom, they didn't' pressure me, they understood and encouraged me no matter what." He also noted "they remember things about my life and schedule. If I tell them I had a church camp they ask me about it the next time they see me. They ask me about pt and other things that they only know cause they are actually listening. They make me feel like the care." I just wanted to share his experience and thank you and your team for the work you are doing - even more so the influence and quality of care and character your team demonstrated to my son - even over the healing he is experiencing. I have been fighting with a specific medical skin condition for many years. I tried numerous prescribed medications, changed my diet, been to various types of doctors, no luck. I decided to go to Achieve, put myself out there with their 1st visit procedures, they never judged me! Its important to be open about the real issues. As a secondary issue, I was also suffering from hair loss, they helped me with that too! I am so thankful to the entire staff for their understanding & kindness. I continue to heal and get better every day!

It was so easy to make an appointment. When I got there, the staff was super friendly and capable. The facility was very pleasant and the treatments I received really made a difference in alleviating the aches and pains I was experiencing. Without hesitation, I have recommended friends to this place!

I found out I lived in a different state than where their offices are, but when I sent them a Facebook message, they were very quick to reply and offer different referral options. Considering that I’m not a patient and they knew I wasn’t going to be a patient of theirs, I thought the service was excellent!

I'm sharing my experience so it may help others. I suffer from shortness of breath and was diagnosed with congestive. Heart failure. I could not walk 5 steps without losing my breath. After 3 acupuncture treatments the difference was amazing. Unfortunately for me , I discovered this too late, I have exhausted all my funds , lost my job because of illness , and cannot afford to continue treatment. My advise to others is , do not hesitate .
