Dr. Cheng is awesome! First impressions are well...exactly that and Dr. Cheng and the staff went above and beyond expectations. It all started with Taylor. She was friendly with our daughter (4) and got us started BEFORE our appointment time. (Come on, we have all been there....most doctor offices will make you wait a century after your appointment time to even say hi to you). Then, there is Dr. Cheng himself. Walked in and immediately filled the room with positive charisma and charmed all of us (wife, myself, patient, and other younger daughter). All time seemed to stop! We got all our questions answered, he found out about our family, we got to know him, all the while my daughter was being thoroughly evaluated for her checkup. We are recent "transplants" to the Austin area and Dr. Cheng made us feel welcome and at-home right away and picked up where our previous pediatrician (she was awesome as well) left off because we relocated. We feel so lucky we found Dr. Cheng.

My daughter is almost grown up and doesn’t see a pediatrician anymore, but today I was reminded about how good Dr. Cheng was to her when he was her Dr. He was always nice, never condescending, always took the time to figure out every concern. One day we were waiting on him and noticed pictures of Chicago style pizza on the walls. When he came in, he told us about this place in Chicago that would ship their pizza to you and how good it was. Three days later we get a knock on the door and Dr Cheng had bought pizzas for us and had them delivered! It was an amazing experience and I’ll never forget Dr Cheng or his kindness. -Chris Reeves

We absolutely love Dr. Cheng! When we moved to this area I had to chose a pediatrician as I had a 4 months old baby it was hard to chose anyone from ARC as there weren't many yelp reviews on their dr. But Dr Cheng had some few reviews and they were all positive! Im glad I picked him to be our boys pediatrician. All of my boys (age 8, 5, and 22 months) love and trust him. He is very fun and engages the children in silly conversation. He explains everything to the children and guides them through step by step through the examination. No surprises and no tears! He is also great in following up with you if you came in with something more serious than a cold and little bruise. Hands on one of the best pediatric we had (and we had quite a bit of experience with dr as we have three very active boys!)

Dr. Cheng is helpful, patient, and caring. We always leave feeling our son has had the best possible care. Our 4 year old has seen Dr. Cheng since he was born.

Dr Cheng has great bedside manner and he is very nice and patient with the little ones. He offered proactive advice and was very communicative when going over his diagnosis/prognosis.

Dr. Cheng has seen my son since he was born. He is the most amazing pediatrician EVER. He is very thorough and VERY patient with both my son and all of our questions. He never rushes us, he will sit there until every question is answered. He is truly amazing. You can see how much he cares for the kids he takes care of. He is always super excited to see our son and see us! I 100% recommend him to EVERYONE!

We recently moved to Austin and a friend recommended Dr. cheng at ARC. I'm so glad she did because we love him! We both have 4 month old babies. I really liked that he was not rushed... He was patient and really got to know our son as well as us! It truly seemed like he cared- which is refreshing. Before we moved to Austin he saw 2 other pediatricians in Killeen and we were not impressed. Also, ARC is a beautiful new building! So excited we found this place. Easy to get to right off the highway.

Dr. Cheng is the BEST! He is patient, laid back, and very funny! He always makes you feel at ease. He listens to everything you have to say and then works with you to develop a treatment method you are comfortable with. He isn't pushy and is very open minded. We love Dr. Cheng and I wouldn't trust my kids with anyone else.
