Staff are unfriendly and the doctor and the suggested specialist were not on the same page on how I was getting surgery done. No good

Some of the people there should not be even working at such a place. Cant imagine if information on patients was fouled up. Total incompetence.
Really impressed with Dr. James Rogers. He is very friendly funny kind and sincere. I felt like I was in really good hands. A Very refreshing experience meeting a physician who isnt rushed and actually listens.Very short wait time. Nice staff. All around great experience
I went to ARC today to see Dr. Eric Hughes for some cold allergy symptoms I had been experiencing. The beginning of the appointment was great We were talking about my symptoms and the medicine he was going to prescribe me with I thought the appointment was over at that point mind you I had already been asked the typical COVID questions when checking in and none applied to me. Then he proceeded to ask me about vaccinations etc. I told him I had not gotten it yet due to reports of people getting sick dying and the fact that it isnt FDA approved yet. I simply want facts and not opinion. He told me that my apprehension was valid and that I was correct in the fact that it is NOT FDA approved. He then got personal about the situation and told me that he thinks I have covid and I need to get a covid test I told him I would take one but not the one that goes up my nose. He said that I have to take that one. The room was silent for a minute and then he proceeded to say You know because I have to meet my quota for the W.H.O. and putting chips into people or else they fly their little black helicopters over my house. joking or not that was the most unprofessional uncomfortable disrespectful experience I have ever had. I thought doctors were there to inform you so you can make an educated decision when it comes to YOUR body? Not belittle you and get mad when your curiosity doesnt line up with their factsopinion. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN
If you have an emergency Do Not go to ARC Bee Cave Tx .Especially if you are not registered with them . New patient can be tremendously in pain they just say sorry we dont have avaibility..Why do they call themselves Clinic ?
Called ARC about respiratory issues after fighting a 500+ acre fire in Horseshoe Bay. Staff at the call center were very concerned about toxic smoke inhalation and respiratory infection. We made an after hours appointment over an hour away from home due to the severity and recommendation of the ARC staff on the phone. The DOCTOR refused to treattest for anything besides COVID19. Discounted any suggestion that it could be from smoke inhalation. She became very frustrated and eventually walked out on us when we asked her what else it could. She REFUSED to acknowledge that it could be from anything other than COVID19. Extremely unprofessional and should NOT be practicing medicine. We called our insurance company and spoke with an oncall doctor. We provided them all the same details and the vitals from the appointment and was told it was HIGHLY UNLIKELY that it was COVID19. The oncall doctor was able to quickly diagnose it as bronchitis and that the lungs could not fully inflate. He sent in several prescriptions and recommend that if it gets any worse to seek medical care immediately. We will be contacting the Texas Attorneys Generals Office and the Texas Medical Board.ARC You may contact Jolene.UPDATE... In reference to the comment below from ARC. No one from ARC ever tried to reach out to us.
Had my oneyearold in there yesterday and was told she might have a virus and that was it. Today she is at Dell Childrens Medical with 103 fever fighting for her life. If you care about your children do not take them to Arc or you risk them dying because of their ineptitude and lack of medical knowledge

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
