The Cedar park location staff are 5 stars across the board. Kind and caring. The only issue now is not being able to call the direct location instead now it's a very complicated system.
The people are friendly and helpful. I have always received excellent service and care.
I've been receiving services for many years. It's a great asset to the community. I highly recommend it.
Tell Andrea Richardson and Paul the judge wants to see you at the Georgetown Courthouse.
Saved my life. Dr. Lindsey Wallace got me on the right medication and changed my life. They treat you with respect and are very kind.
No one ever called, no one ever picked up the phone. My psychiatrist at the time did little to help. He didn't tell me my diagnosis and tried to convince me that everything that I was experiencing was caused by anxiety.i learned about my diagnosis from a therapist not with this company. The medications he was giving me did not cover my full diagnosis, only depression. He told me that I did nothing to get better (I did everything suggested). Told me people were tired of listening to me when I said I finally was open to my family about my suicidal thoughts. Told me that yes I possibly qualified for another program but refused to give me the information I'd need to reach out. Did not try different medications that would help with my real diagnosis, instead insisted that we just increase what I was already taking and wasn't working. He didn't want to talk about my symptoms at all and when bringing one up it got shrugged off. All of this was happening at a time where I was struggling horribly and had very few people to turn to. I can't tell you how horrible it was to have that man sit there and tell me those things for an hour. I gave up on this place and getting help for over a year because of my experience here, and I still feel nervous and don't 100% trust my current psychiatrist and therapist because of my experience here. I don't recommend this place. Please look around before deciding.
Do NOT go to this place, I repeat do NOT. This place has to be the worst experience some of my friends have ever experienced in their lives. The psychiatrists aren't even QUALIFIED correctly to treat cases, they refuse to help you, they lie, and they never EVER call back. Don't even trust these bs fake 5 reviews because I bet you my bottom buck that these are the employees on their last stand trying to make this place look good, or people who are blind deaf, can't feel or even think because anyone with the mindset of an ANT would still give this place one star. I've never heard or experienced something this awful and you shouldn't. There are places way better- I could get more help at a bad seafood buffet then this place. There are places more qualified than this place, and your time/money would be better finding a place that actually helps.
Never had a problem with the doctors.but I had to get labs and the Male nurse poked me 5 times. Could not get my vein and sent me to quest labs. The pro got it 1st time. I'm now aware they are only supposed to try 2 times and then have someone else do it. Very unsatisfied to say the least.
I'm going to be honest in this review. Come here if you want something short-term, by all means. However look for a better place long-term. While the counselors and case managers I've had have been ASTOUNDING (they really go above and beyond and seem to care about you as a person,) they are also always coming and going from this clinic (not their fault, but it stunts progress long-term.) When I say that I mean they move from this location to work at another, or find work elsewhere, or change positions- leaving you to find another case manager or counselor. It gets tiring and becomes a hassle after this happens several times. The doctors are somewhat rude but if you just can get through it you should be able to get the medication and treatment you need. Again- is it irritating? Yes. But if you tough it out, it will get you what you need until you can find a better place, which hopefully will be soon. The ladies at the front are very kind, however it's always a struggle getting a hold of someone when you call, which may not be their fault at all. Overall I would say, come here if you really don't have other options, and be positive about it (It'll make it a bit easier, and as I've said everyone aside from the doctors have been very very pleasant,) but by all means find a better place if you actually want consistency and to make significant progress in recovery. It's helped, but there are a zillion better options.
I haven't had any problems and everyone is super friendly and understanding - I can look forward to appointments I have here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
