I have been a client of Alicia Long for several years, and I was so excited to follow her to C2 Aesthetics. Alicia is truly an artist in her field. Every treatment I’ve had with her has been natural, never rushed, and perfectly tailored to me. She listens closely, works with you to understand your goals, and consistently delivers results that are beautiful, subtle, and timeless. Over the years, I’ve been continually amazed at the care and precision she puts into her work. Her new space at C2 Aesthetics is just as impressive. The office is welcoming, immaculate, and a reflection of the high standards Alicia sets in her practice. The staff is outstanding as well, professional, personable, and such a joy to be around. They make each visit comfortable and enjoyable, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I feel completely confident in Alicia and her team, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I trust them fully with my care and am always thrilled with the results.

I received Botox treatment at this clinic in August 2023 for TMJ. The dosage administered was higher than what I agreed to, and I was not informed or consulted before the change. Following the procedure, I experienced nerve paralysis and muscle damage, resulting in altered facial symmetry and changes to my smile, including an inability to curl my lips upward. Medical professionals, including a craniofacial specialist, have assessed that the damage may be permanent and requires extensive rehabilitation. To date, I have spent thousands of dollars on treatments and physical therapy to try to restore function and appearance. When I returned for a previously scheduled appointment after the initial injection and shared my concerns, I was told to text a before/after photo, but no one responded. When I continued to reach out and raise these issues with the clinic, they only offered a refund contingent on signing a release of liability, which would have waived my right to file complaints or pursue legal action. Upon reviewing my medical records, I also noticed entries for services that did not align with my understanding of the services I received, such as lip filler dissolution. To date, no resolution has been reached that addresses the extent of the damage or the cost of ongoing care. I share this review to inform others to exercise caution and ensure clear communication regarding treatment plans.

Stacey did my cool peel and she made me feel comfortable and did a excellent job. Trianna injected dysphoria around my eyes and mouth, she is so gentle and professional at her profession. Overall they are all a great group of professional crew. And are now a great part of my life now. Feeling young again

Popped in for the first time to pick up product. I was looking rough because I was running errands and everyone was so nice and helpful and non judgmental. The owner introduced herself and was so welcoming. overall beautiful clean space with good vibes. Can’t wait to come in for a treatment!
