Staff members were awesome and professional. They were very clear in their explanations of what was about to happen and very comforting all along the way. Facilities seemed well provisioned (for my untrained eye) and my experience was awesome all around.

Everyone was very kind and professional, from the front desk to the nurses. I was very nervous for my procedure but every nurse I talked to was very nice to me and made me feel better; I knew I was on good hands. Facility is super clean. Everything was as scheduled. I couldn't ask for a better team; Dr. Cao and her staff are wonderful. Thank you so very much for everything and God bless you all.

I was here for a procedure which was scheduled for 9am. They had asked to be here an hour early to prep for the procedure. Instead waited for an hour in the lobby. No update on the status when they will take me in. This is especially frustrating when your are fasting for 36hours. No consideration for patient’s time and well being.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff and Dr. Basa for being so wonderful. I’m glad I went here for my procedure and would highly recommend to anyone that’s nervous with going under, you will feel so much better after.

Special mention to a young lady named Katie who hooked me up to some tubes through my skin. Normally I am very afraid of this stuff but she made me feel like I could do it. She just seemed to be such a positive influence to the entire experience and she put me at ease. I mean it, she is good! Even when I growled like a scared puppy Katie sprung like a cat🐈 to make sure I was o🐕k. If it were not for her it would probably have been a scary ok experience, kinda sort of, but with her it was above good. I kinda felt like Katie was not gonna let any thing bad happen and she was in my corner. Katie will look you in the eye with her big reassuringly eyes. I think they were blue.

This surgery center is excellent! Everyone I encountered was so kind, professional, and helpful. I was very nervous about having surgery and general anesthesia, but everyone along the way made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and the procedure was completed smoothly. I definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Everyone from the front desk through the recovery room took the time to make sure I was ready and comfortable and answered all the questions my wife and I asked.
