I came to Westlake Dermatology after a friend of mine raved about them over lunch. The entire booking and check-in process was simple! Once in, everyone was so friendly. Dr. Hart was quick, easy to talk to and provided tons of information. I felt really confident in my decision and can't wait to go back!

Dr. Hart was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I booked my appointment to discuss acne issues but was also able to talk about my skincare routine as a whole. I found the experience comfortable from start to finish, including my interactions with reception and the nurse. The office felt like a spa and very high class without the pressures of spending money. Dr. Hart was sure to discuss products that would work with my insurance and know how to bill them without paying anymore than necessary. Because of this, I spent a little extra on their skincare and will continue to go there for my non prescription products. Look forward to future visits.

Love Dr. Hart! She has a great bedside manner, very personable and nice. But she's also very detailed and thorough in going over treatment options. In fact, the entire staff is very caring. I've never had a wait time longer then 10 minutes and most visits were very quick. Highly recommend!!

I had a great first time visit with Dr. Hart. There was less than a 5 minute wait time to see her, she explained everything to me thoroughly and was very efficient. I was concerned as it was my first spot check, but she made it so easy. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Hart and the friendly staff at Westlake Dermatology
