Not sure if I met Dr. Butler on a bad day, but he was rude, unempathetic and curt during my appointment today. Patients deserve to be treated better. I will not be returning to this clinic.

I'm not sure if I met Dr. Butler on a bad day, but he was rude, unsympathetic and curt during my appointment today. As someone with two chronic diseases, who has experienced countless medical appointments since childhood, I have rarely found a doctor to be so rude. Patients should be treated with more respect and empathy. I will not be returning to this doctor.

I've gone to Dr Butler for years, of course only when I need to. But he's always done me right! I like his professionalism and bedside manner. I've moved away and come back, and keep going back to him.

He Should Be Fired and his ability to work striped now if You want to have a third world doctor by all means see him.If you ask to help quit smoking he told me I was to stressed out and should continue smoking and would not help me.I was having an issue and a after the results found a gal stone in my Gal Bladder but not worry about it. 2019 it sent me into the ER to find that it needed to be removed immediately. It was the size of my Hand .I was hyper tension stage one for several years to finally send me to see Heart Doctor and was telling me That i would need surgery soon not true after a Real Heat Doctor ran all the test said i only need to take some beta blocker np surgery was not needed.But he was very Convincing and really had me terrified.So if you want one of the worst Doctors to see your children or you Please go see him.

He has been my physician for 6 yrs now, he has been great. Won't give you more than what you need, but will get you better.

This doctor seems to slow down and really take his time when it is warranted, but otherwise is quick and efficient. I've been really happy with my care.

I went to this doctor in 2015 after falling on cacti during a hike and ending up with some needles still deeply embedded. Dr. Butler was so extremely rude that I left within 5 minutes of him coming into the room and never allowed him to look at me. Surprisingly, I now see on my credit report that I owe Austin Regional Clinic $110! I never got a bill even in the mail and was not even treated by this horrible doctor.

LOVE Dr Butler , He was heaven sent when I needed him the most. I saw so many doctors for this horrible cough that would last 6 months at a time. He was the only one to identify the issue and treat it! 5 years later and I have him as my sons pediatrician ❤️ we love you Dr. B !
