Homewell Care Services's Online Review Report Card

Never trust this company! I had to go to NY to bury my son. Someone recommended Homewell Care of Cedar Park, Tx. I left Friday, Oct 15. The caregiver robbed my husband of cash and used his credit cards for purchases. The company owner is flippant about the theft. My husband is 80 yrs old. He’s on oxygen 24/7. The thief is known. She accidentally left her drivers license in my husband’s wallet plus Homewell know who they sent here.APD was alerted. They said it will take days for an investigation to ensue.This woman wants her drivers license back. She could come here to get it. APD said only call if we’re in imminent danger. This is outrageous. We’re elderly and feel unsafe. The response to this crime is next to nothing.Beware. The company needs to be investigated and she needs to be charged with a felony. I’ve alerted Texas health and human services.Update. The owner, Ron, has reimbursed us for the theft. More importantly, I wanted charges pressed against this thief and I want her to never be allowed to work as a caregiver. Ron has been helpful in pursuing charges against her. I’m thankful this is over.

Ronnie and his team were fantastic to deal with. We had a lot of horrible experiences dealing with other agencies and I was very skeptical at the start here, but Ronnie proved to be quite different than all the others and was a pleasure to work with. Can not recommend enough.

We have used a number of caregiving agencies over the past 5 years, but Homewell is in a league all their own! Every single caregiver they have sent out has been absolutely phenomenal…and I’m a tough one to please! The 2 things required to be an exceptional caregiver are the 2 things that you can not teach…common sense and compassion. Their caregivers have become like family to us. They go above and beyond. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

My 95 year old mother was living independently and wanted to stay in her home as long as possible. It was impossible for family to be with her 24 hours a day. HomeWell care givers were understanding to my mother's needs and very attentive. HomeWell went above and beyond in providing caregiver services in last minute emergency situations requiring overnight stays. HomeWell gave our family peace of mind

Ronnie and Juan are amazing- every one of the families I have recommended their services to has reached back out to tell what a true God send they have been in helping care for their loved ones. They set realistic expectations - they don't try and "sell"- they consult and then deliver.

We were suddenly faced with the need for overnight care for my father. Ronnie and HomeWell Care Services was recommended to me as the best in the area and I couldn't agree more. From day one, Ronnie has supported both me and my parents as we worked to set up the best care plan for them. He took the time to get to know all of us and then worked to find us the prefect match. We have since added some daytime care. Again, he managed to find us the best person for the job. Both ladies are extremely patient and have taken the time to build a meaningful relationship with my father. And Ronnie has been there for me all along. He answers my emails and calls quickly and he has offered to help me navigate the craziness of long term insurance. I'm not sure how I would be surviving without them. Thank you!!!

We had an urgent situation when my mother fell in the shower and we were headed out-of-the-country for our ten year Anniversary. Ronnie was fantastic and so were Carol and Jessica the caregivers. They were honest, easy to work with and really cared about my mother. I highly recommend them!

Great company and extremely responsive. Found caregivers for me same day. Juan is amazing. He manages and coordinates the care. Adriana, and Ronnie the owner are very dedicated. They have answered or responded within minutes to every phone call or request. Highly recommend.
