My child has strabismus, or eyes drifting. It’s been happening about every hour and is certainly concerning. We went to the check up, and dilating eye drops were administered to my toddler and she cried hysterically. We go to quiet her in the hallway out of the dark office and a nurse rudely tells us our baby is disturbing other specialists and to take her back to the room so we take her back. After 20 minutes of a frightened crying toddler the nurse checks my child’s eyes and says she cried out all her drops and added dilating drops again. So they administer the drops and we wait another half hour in a dark office with a hysterical toddler. Finally the doctor comes in, checks her eyes for not even a minute and says her eyes look fine and asks us to leave and return in 3 months. She said if her eyes cross less than 10% of the time it’s normal. But the issue is happening much more than 10% of the time and I tried to tell the doctor, then they dismissed us and asked us to leave. I was charged $284 for this visit, with insurance and we feel robbed, defeated and heartbroken for our baby girl. She is potentially special needs and this place was not interested in healing her eyes or treating her problem. We disputed the charge and also they refuse to return my money. My child was not treated according to her symptoms and was simply dismissed. Save yourself the hassle and think twice before coming here.

My daughters appointment was at 2:40pm, they had her point to some pictures and dilated her eyes. Said to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, it is now 4:10pm and still have not seen the doctor!!! Was told their waiting for a room to open up. So why schedule for 2:40pm if there’s no rooms available???? Worst service here
