His team is good very nice people , but the problem is the Dr Lou, he is always late we wait for over an hour and a half and he not even apologized for the delay. Everything is very expensive there and very poor service from the doctor and his actitud is very bad . I do not know maybe he have a bad day but I do not come back to this place anymore!

Dr. Lou and his staff are great. Very punctual, state-of-the art equipment, and very service oriented. I drive way from downtown Austin to see Dr. Lou. He's worth the drive.

One of the best doctors I think that I have ever been to. The doctor and his staff were very helpful and caring. He is very knowledgeable. The office is current on technolgy. This was the best experience i have ever had in the past 15 years of wearing glasses.
