Erica Williams and the team at Preferred Care at Home have been a godsend for our family. My mother is living in a facility that has had a COVID outbreak, and we could not find an agency willing to find someone who could sit with her during this time, but Erica came through for us. We are so grateful for the care they have provided my Mom during this critical time.

My mother was returning home from a rehab hospital, and we really appreciated the flexibility of Preferred Care at Home with their hours. Most companies want 4 hours at a minimum and that was just too much for our situation. They strive to fit you with what you need, and Argie was very helpful. I would recommend this company.

Very unprofessional started working there night shifts and from one day to the other day removed me to add a family member to the schedule!! do not recommend this place. The employees that they have are non licensed certified nursing assistants with very little experience and training.

I'm very pleased with Preferred Care at Home of North Austin. They're incredibly professional and dependable and provide the best caregivers who are prompt, caring and top notch. The owners have been fantastic over the years that I've known them. They offer very reasonable rates and always available to answer all your questions and concerns. I can't recommend them highly enough!
