Classic- pushy cold dry attitude from the "Dr". Belittled and questioned me the entire time even after I expressed discomfort, made myself vulnerable, and then pulled back (and asked for clarity on the reasoning being the questioning) she cornered me into "ending patient provider relationship" or whatever and walked me to the front like a prisoner, just basically kicking me out and I was just stunned uncomfortable and confused by all of it. Humiliating and painful experience. Would never go back but they made it clear they didn't want me there anyway so not much was lost.
The best care for pre-menopause! They actually listen to your issues and help you come up with a solution that's right for you!
On a busy day, Pride worked me in and Raissa Behm, FNP took great care of me and helped me with my medical issue. Thank you Raissa. 5+ Stars
This was my first appointment. Ashley was my provider and she showed a personal interest in my health and asked relevant questions. The entire staff was friendly. I am very satisfied with the visit.
I feel a bit betrayed. I've been coming to Pride Family Medicine for a few years now. I am low income, and work multiple jobs. Occasionally I will be called into work last minute to cover shifts, and I need the money, so I can't just decline. I have had this happen to me multiple times and have always paid the $50 late fee for my missed appointments. Mind you, most of these missed appointments were through telehealth and I had been locked out of my account for a while so could not even request a reschedule. Fast forward, my aunt passed away. Which resulted in me last minute going out of state for a funeral. I got laid off from my job as well, resulting in me not even being able to afford the appointment due to losing insurance. Mind you, I have been coming in for a few years now. Not once was I told that if I missed appointments, they would basically kick me out and no longer provide me care. What kind of insensitive bs is that? A company that works exclusively for the queer community should be very much aware of the statistics of low income for folks like me. Over 50% of us make less than $50k a year, and Austin is an expensive place to live. That all being said, knowing this is a queer facility, and knowing their patients all work low income jobs that typically require you to work odd hours, and to know this place s all expensive and also to know that I had a death in the family, and still kick me out is ridiculous. Not only that, I've been waiting for over a month to get a definitive answer. I showed up for my appointment that was scheduled and sent to me via email for them to just tell me, "sorry you don't go here anymore." I should charge them $50 for having me call out of work for nothing. And then to not even have the decency to give me another chance after a big death in the family has literally grossed me out from this company.
Today was my first time here . All I can say is WOW!! What an amazing experience..l loved my PA and he assistant.I felt like they listened and asked questions.I would highly recommend them .
I am a historically anxious healthcare avoider. I have never felt so comfortable in a medical office as I was here. Brenda was instantly friendly and made the whole experience painless, which totally helps with the white coat anxiety; (She is also a kickass vampire who was able to get blood on my less than ideal veins). NP Surajan is amazing. He took his time to not only create a friendly, relaxed environment but was also extremely informative. It's so nice to have somewhere I feel heard as a patient, and that I trust with my care. Thank you for all the compassion and consideration you hold for your patients!
Raissa and Brenda and Hillary and all of the staff are great! My needs are addressed everytime and they have such a caring way about them. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great health care services.
What a great experience with Pride Aesthetics. Arrived a little early and was checked in right away with no additional paperwork. I was taken to the back right at my appointment time. Lexi was very thorough, welcoming, and explained the entire process while completing a microdermabrasion. I felt completely comfortable the entire experience.
Excellent care and results.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
