I was very nervous about my recent breast cancer diagnosis and unsure of what to expect. While I sat in the waiting room, my children were heavily on my mind. So many things crossed my mind out of concern and my situation felt surreal. Once I was greeted by Krystal and Tawnee, my anxiety eased some because they were kind, professional, and full of smiles. Once I got into the exam room, Dr. O’Brien came in and greeted me in a comforting way. My Nurse Navigator Karen and I was very impressed that all of my results, X-rays, reports, and labs from other providers were available and Dr. O’Brien was ready to give me some answers. Her professionalism and knowledge were immediately noticeable but what stood out the most was her caring and personable attitude, and the fact she took out time patiently to explain my diagnosis and tentative plan of care. I left her office feeling confident, grateful, and blessed that God allowed us to cross paths.
