My experience at this facility was top notch from the get go. I was diagnosed with a squamos cell carcinoma on Monday and had a schedule to leave town on a Thursday for an extended period of time. I contacted the scheduling dept. and through the dedication of both Crystal Poston and another Crystal in the Cedar Park office, was able to get an appointment on Tuesday for evaluation. At that time after seeing Dr. Dorsy, it was determined that I should not wait to get the cancer removed so an appointment was scheduled the following day for it to be removed. I was given instructions on wound care and told I would have to remove the stitches myself instead of having to stay around for a follow up in 10 days for that. Well, now I am on my trip and just serviced my surgery site and it looks fantastic. I think I will have a speedy recovery and a minimal scar when it has healed completely. I am very grateful for the schedulers for having the perseverance to follow up and get back to me so that I could get this ordeal taken care of before my trip. I am also grateful to Dr. Dorsy for her skill and expertise in taking care of this matter is such a short time and I appreciate all the member of her team for providing a very high level of care that and making my particular situation a priority to be taken care of.

Dr Peckham has definitely been the best Dr I have ever had. He has been very thorough, has real compassion for his patients and is very knowledgeable even when you have something quite uncommon. He is the first to actually phone me to see how I am feeling. I love their new building so you have convenient parking, and lovely roomy operatories. I’m a patient for life!
