I was not told that they do not accept Medicare supplement Cigna so I had to pay twice when I went there twice I'll never go back

Filled the form online to schedule the appointment - no response within a week. Tried to schedule over the phone maybe 5 times, waited on hold 20 min each - no luck 🤷🏽♂️

They canceled my confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours to the appointment time and wanted to reschedule me for end of the schedule for the following month. I understand reschedules, but I should not be pushed to the end of the line.
