Am I glad I went to this place!!! Not only was I seen by a health professional within 30 minutes of walk-in, I received a diagnosis AND medications to take home to start right away! I am SOO glad to have found a place close to my home that listened to my symptoms, confirmed my suspicions and got me the right meds! Thank you, Jennifer and Stephanie!
I would absolutely love to give this place 5 stars because I had the greatest experience with one of their NP and I was getting such great help through her..Here's the reason that's not happening though. The person I saw is no longer with this establishment, which fine that happens, however I received NO notice of this.I got no email or call or text or any attempt to reach out that would have let me know that I was going to need to make an appointment with someone else.I found this out after I called because no one was getting back to my pharmacy about my medication refill.I reached out to the office, told them I needed a refill due to the fact that I was out of my medication and was at that time informed that my NP was no longer with them and they wouldn't refill my medication.Let me clarify by saying I was told they would refill it after I saw someone else.So let's run through this situation real quick.I'm out of my medication. The NP that I was seeing and had established myself with was no longer available.I was not going to get my medication.I have no idea who anyone else is at this place to even know who to request to see.I'm also assuming most of them have regular patients and full schedules. This means it could be weeks before I get my medication. Not to mention I work 10 hour shifts. I don't have a lot of availability and finding a day that lines up with someone is very hard.Something else to keep in mind is the fact that I would no longer have my medication for the problem I take it for and I would have gone through withdrawals during this time. The woman on the phone was unsympathetic, offered no apologies, explanation, or help. Not even an attempt to see if someone had an appointment soon that could squeeze me in.I couldn't even get a few days of medication to tie me over until this got figured out.I don't know if they're obligated to let patients know when this type of situation happens but I would think a decent establishment would want to reach out and let patients know so they could keep a good relationship with them.Thankfully the ladies at my pharmacy were absolute angels when I called to tell them what happened and they helped me figure out a temporary solution. They were very supportive and also seemed surprised at the lack of notice I received.I have an appointment with a different place very soon and am glad to be away from this mess...Would not recommend.
After shelter in place because of the virus 2020, news stations were saying not to neglect your personal health so I went to this location which I have gone to for couple of years or more for my annual Women's Wellcare. We did the normal lab work up and for whatever reason they sent it out of network to Genpath in New Jersey instead of Quest here in Austin like they normally do. I received a $1500 lab bill instead of a $90 one. I have been fighting it ever since. I got the amount due down to just under $300, thanks to my marketplace insurance Oscar and have been mailing in $20 a month so it does not wreck my credit. Now, because of the blizzard in Texas and just in general, I do not get my mail regularly so not receiving the monthly bill.I have begged, pleaded, messaged Heather Robinson, her supervisor at Victory, Jane Gesmond whom said they were "working on it" to no avail and then they just quit responding at all and ignored me. I have been on the portal, called, left messages. I have tried everything. I will NEVER return here, the sad part is and I expressed this to them. I don't even want to make an appointment at all for anything anywhere because you can't trust the healthcare system. I can only hope this gets seen and felt on their end so it might create change? How is this helping my personal heath care ladies? To be ignored and charged ridiculous sums in a year I have not even been able to work and have received no assistance? Or anytime for that matter?
All about the money. Will smile in your face and then deny your refill the next day because you're probably a junkie anyway. You need constant appointments and drug tests to keep your scripts.
Frustrating! My daughter and I both went into the Cedar Park location for allergy testing. Three different people came in during the (four hour) testing and all asked the same questions repeatedly. I felt that the office staff was not very well organized. After blood testing was sent off I never received a call to tell me the results (my patient portal account has never been updated either). I finally called the office and they told me there had been a problem with the blood sample and the lab wasn’t able to do the test. I would have never known had I not called to ask. I was still charged for this test.Later, I called with a question and the lady on the phone acted like she couldn’t be bothered to help me and kept interrupting me. Communication with this office is not great. No one has been in touch with me for a follow up.You have to work very hard to figure out what’s going on. Go somewhere else.
The Cedar park location service has been disappointing, frustrating, and has not lived up to my previous experience with the south Austin location.1. I needed to take an allergy test and they couldn’t provide me with any information about the cost or even an estimate. They did not provide any assistance or seem to even care that this was a concern for me. I attempted to talk to multiple staff members, and was offered no assistance or guidance and at best was treated as an annoyance. The healthcare system is difficult to navigate and you would think these professionals would have some understanding and compassion towards their customers. In addition, the bill was way higher than expected.2. When setting up a follow up appointment, the appointment scheduler was unfriendly, unhelpful, impatient, and rude.I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care
This is the first PCP that I've been to that took the time to explain each line item of my lab result and provided adequate plan to treat my health issue.
I have been seen here for a short while and everyone is great. From check in to the visit it self. Top care given and wishes are given the utmost respect
UPDATE: I had a misunderstanding with Dr. Hanley, but after communicating my frustration, she reached out to me and we talked things through. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that out of business hours and feel like she really takes the time to listen to her patients.----------------------ORIGINAL: Dr. Hanley is incredibly unprofessional and rude, I will NEVER go back to another Victory Medical and will make sure I share my experience everywhere. With the door open, she loudly discussed personal treatment information so that all the staff, people in the waiting room and other patients in the rooms could hear. We were discussing my treatment options and in the middle of our discussion said "Do you want to just cancel this appointment and leave?" I was not being rude or disrespectful and I have no idea why she suddenly became so hostile. I explained that I am just trying to talk to her and didn't feel like she was listening to me. Then she went back into her office and continued to loudly talk about my personal medical information to me from down the hall. Don't treat your patients like children or yell confidential medical information from down the hall. Go somewhere else, otherwise this is what you are in for.
Wonderful experience in every way...prompt, polite, concerned...all good!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
