I have been a patient of Dr. Winters since I was 7/8 y/o and I’m currently 26. She is the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen both in and out of the country! The staff at this location is incredible as well when it comes to absolutely everything you could possibly want from your doctor’s office. My problems are always heard, addressed, and I always leave with a smile and a sense of mutual respect. Thank y’all for everything!

Lack of communication especially with them not letting you know that your Dr is no longer with them (told me on the day of my appointment), to not letting me know that my aesthetician was no longer there until I called for my spa appointment, rude and condescending as well! Been waiting for 8 weeks for a return call from medical spa manager Melany Hutto even as I've left 3 more messages with the staff since 5/6th. Today 6/27, I finally got the Corporate number and got the voicemail for Emily Venable and left a message with her! I no longer feel save having them touch my face and am sick and tired of their runaround and overall lack of empathy, I just want my $1,000 back for a prepaid BBL package which I purchased from my aesthetician! I've been a patient both with the Dermatology staff and medical spa staff since 2015 and it has gone from bad to worse. I know this is a long and rambling review, but I'm just so upset and tired of them. Let's hope I get a call from Corporate and all this can be resolved.
