I’ve had 4 massages here with Devin and all have been spectacular. I’ve been to other woodhouses but this one has been my favorite. Devin is excellent and the whole staff is really kind.

Great spa experience. I enjoyed the cozy and intimate feeling of the space, very relaxing in my opinion. I opted for the hot stone massage, which is different from my usual pick of massages, but very relaxing nonetheless. Highly recommend checking this spa out.

I was in traffic for over 40 min and was going to be 10 min late because there was a car wreck on the way there. I just had a baby and got over being sick and was looking forward to my massage. I was told I was not allowed into the spa 10 min late AND they were going to charge me for HALF my service PLUS a tip. $83 later with no massage and terrible customer service all they did was ask me if I wanted to reschedule.

Our experience at Woodhouse Day Spa was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an welcoming atmosphere. Every detail, from the calming ambiance to the professionalism of the staff, exceeded our expectations. Melanie, the General Manager, set the tone for an outstanding visit. Her attentiveness and leadership were evident in the seamless flow of our experience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making us feel truly valued as guests. Suphatsara, the Concierge, was an absolute delight! Her friendly demeanor and warm welcome immediately put us at ease. She went out of her way to accommodate all our needs, ensuring our visit was comfortable and stress-free. The massages were simply phenomenal. Hailey worked wonders with a deep tissue massage tailored to Erik’s trouble areas. Her technique was precise, and her ability to target and relieve tension was impressive. Erik left feeling rejuvenated and pain-free. Josefina provided a truly nurturing experience for Emily, who is six months pregnant. Her maternity massage was thoughtful, gentle, and supportive, leaving Emily feeling relaxed and cared for. Josefina’s expertise in prenatal care made all the difference. Woodhouse Day Spa is a haven of relaxation and professionalism. We cannot recommend it enough for anyone seeking a truly indulgent and personalized spa experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so memorable—we will definitely be returning!
