She doesn’t just go through the motions, she talks with you, not at you. She offers thoughtful suggestions, makes adjustments when needed, and even follows up personally to check in and answer questions. That kind of care is rare these days. Her clinic is spotless, the front desk staff is so friendly, and the entire environment feels positive and professional. Dr. Laurette goes above and beyond in every way. She exceeded all my expectations, and I’m so grateful to have found her. I can’t say enough about how refreshing this visit was. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was truly being listened to. Dr. Smith didn’t just rush through the appointment — she took notes, asked thoughtful questions, and made space for me to share what I’ve been going through. That alone made me feel validated in a way I haven’t felt in years of seeking answers. She also took the time to explain my options clearly, including BHRT in pellet form, which feels like a much better fit for me than what I’ve tried before. Instead of leaving frustrated or dismissed, I left hopeful and confident that I finally have a partner in my healthcare who sees me as a whole person. Finding a provider who genuinely cares and takes the time to understand you is rare. I am grateful for the compassion, knowledge, and respect I received here, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is tired of feeling unheard and ready to have a provider who truly listens.

Dr. Smith & Bre the front desk are AMAZING! I’ve been going there going on 2 1/2 years and love them. They’re so sweet, understandable. Bre goes out of her way to make sure your questions are answered. Dr. Smith is phenomenal explains everything to the T. I had many things done here and would highly recommend.

Dr. Laurette Smith is extremely knowledgeable in female hormone replacement and takes the time to thoroughly educate you, address every concern, and explain the process in detail. She instills a sense of comfort and attentively listens while offering educational resources. I also appreciate that she understands many treatments aren’t covered by insurance and offers affordable labs and treatment plans. Your initial point of contact, Bree, has an effervescent demeanor that is apparent over the phone. When you arrive, Bree welcomes you with enthusiasm and accommodates you to make appointments that fit your schedule. Dr. Smith’s nurse, Kali, makes you feel like you’ve known her forever—she’s efficient, attentive, and answers all your questions while making you comfortable during your initial consultation. Holly and Tori, the anesthetic nurses, are skilled in skin care and cosmetic treatments, explaining every step and creating a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Your well-being is their priority, ensuring your comfort and addressing all your needs during procedures. It’s clear that at Youthful Solutions, women’s health and well-being are the top priority. The entire team goes above and beyond to make sure you feel informed, cared for, and confident in your treatment.
