Zhixin Guan's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Guan is our family's dentist. We trust his superb treatment and sophisticated experiences. Feb 17, 2019, my father suddenly got a tooth pain at night when he visited us in Austin. It was extremely painful and he could not sleep at all. We made an urgent appointment with Dr. Guan the next morning and became the first patient at his dental office. After carefully examination, Dr. Guan strongly recommended to remove the wise tooth right away. My father was hesitated as he had bad tooth extraction experience at his hometown and he had heart intent one year ago. He was afraid of possible complication after extraction. To make things worse, we had to catch up the flight to Los Angeles 3 hours later. After careful review of my father's health condition, Dr. Guan was confident that it was safe for my father to pull out the wise tooth. As there was no time left for my father to extract out the wise at his dental office, Dr. Guan gave us the prescription of antibiotics and pain killer. We bought them and went to the airport. After we arrived Los Angeles, we went to Dr. W. Flix Peng's dental office at Gadena, who was also a great dentist. Dr. Guan was incredible nice and supportive, he sent the X-ray picture for us. With Dr. Guan's strongly recommendation and confidence, my father decided to get the tooth extracted. I should say, my father would keep his bad tooth for another 2-3 years and suffer the pain from time to time without Dr. Guan's strong recommendation and super confidence. Now, my father was fully recovered from the tooth pain and enjoyed his trip all the way in LA, SFC and LV. We really appreciate Dr. Guan, indeed! Dr. Guan is the best dentist we have ever know, for his super experience, and his royal personality! We want to share the great experience with Dr. Guan, and wish people need dental help will benefit from our real experience.
