Do not leave your family member at this facility. Even the lady answering the phone wont even take a message because its after 5pm and theyre lazy. I worry for the patients. Shut this place down asap. Do not hire these people.

This place is terrible!!!! I visit a friend on the weekends, the nurses that are usually there at the front desk are terribly rude, not very attentive! Seem to always be short staffed. Very dark and not a very welcoming environment. Would not recommend! Get better Nursing staff!

Not enough nursing aides and very rare see them on their hall. Need lights in parking lot , very dark when visiting toward evening.

I would not recommend working or sending any of my family here they are very rude they lack of communication SUCKS everybody lazy residents have piss and poop on them all day long. I just would not recommend period!

Fantastic place for your loved ones. The staff is sweet always warm and welcoming! This nursing home is always clean, not to mention it is filled with amazing activities for the residences to do. I Highly recommend this nursing home.

at this point not sure about Chandler Nurs Center... the other day they left her in her wheelchair to almost midnight n last night 2 people smaller than her tried to transfer her from chair to bed n they dropped her.... they had to xray her shoulder afterwards....
