Most people are complaining about the pandemic disaster that they can not afford $200 they is no job so I saw a review on investment tried it without a $1,000. 00 even though they are lower cost of investment. starting from the range of $500 but I got a multiplication of my funds to over $10,000.00 in a week time it's magical because I never believe until I gave it a trial that is why I need to post an epistle of this online. This place is a joke, they can’t get it together my dad has been going for many years and after a hospital visit he got put on five different medications and he has had to do without them because they can’t refill prescriptions. My dad could die with out his meds. I hope this place shuts down I don’t think they know what the hell they are doing, aside from making the old suffer. I found my dad a new doctor btw and you should to it’s a waste of time.

I have had nothing but good visits with Jennifer. She takes her time to listen to you, answers the best she can & she's just awesome.

Wow, wish I would have read the other reviews prior to visiting there office. Broke my hand in a cycling accident. Called ahead to make sure they could see me, and alerted them of my condition. They advised me to come in for the doctor to take a look. After sitting in the waiting room patiently for a hour was taken in back to see doctor. Upon the doctor interning the room I was immediately told that they could not help me and that I should seek medical attention elsewhere. She did not even touch my hand! At this point I was slightly angered by them wasting my time, but left politely for the hospital in Abiline where I had a great emergency room experience. Next time I am injured will go straight there and skip the quack in a box at Cisco. So a couple months passed and a bill was received for my visit in the mail stating that I owed them $158.00 and the visit was not covered by my health insurance. I was blind sided by this. My assumption on departure from there office is there would be no charge since no service was rendered. Called to dispute the bill with there office on two attempts. Finally received a call back days later. Believe it was Jenifer that I spoke with on the phone. I recounted my experience in her office. She had a much different view of my visit to her office taken from her recollection and notes of her staff. First off she said I was in her office for a hour. Yes because I was in waiting room not because I was receiving care. Secondly she said that I was referred out of her office for X-rays. Well that is not the case, went to Abiline on my own and not with there recommendation. Going to spend the rest of my day reporting them to the Texas Medical Board. A operation like this should not be licensed to administer medical care.

I am. very disapointed in the clinic's proffesionalism and service to the comunity.

Practitioner B. Did NOTHING to help me. She will see you for One thing Only, per visit. If you need meds refilled and you go in for an ear ache, Guess what your going home with one problem solved. She cares less about your needs or suffering. She said, she didn't want to get swamped with paper work. But she's got herself plenty of patients booked for that money $$$. So why not book a few less Patients in order to take proper care of Them ??? YOUR NOT IMPORTANT to her! So now I'm getting me an Attorney. Beware of Doctor's like this.

I've had mixed experiences with this place. The 1st time "I called them with an emergency, I was quickly fit me into their schedule. They had no problem mending my lacerated knee with stiches from a work related injury! Also, i think i should note: I was turned away from the family health clinic in Eastland because they lacked the available experienced personnel!!!" After I pay my bill in full that day I was later on charged an additional amount which they "forgot" when I paid originally. The 2nd time I came here I was completely overcharged $95 for a 30min visit. They claimed my child's insurance was not active when it was. And then later on they sent me an additional bill in the mail for what they were going to charge the insurance company which they already told me wasn't valid! After coming into the office and talking to them about it they decided to drop the charge. Due to the fact that I am being billed after I have already paid in full does not make me appreciate nor trust this place I will avoid coming back.....

I absolutely LOVE Jennifer and her team! She ALWAYS takes the time to listen to me & addresses my concerns. I NEVER feel rushed or pressured to just “get in & get out.” Jennifer is very invested in her clients and you can tell that she truly cares about each person that walks into her exam rooms. She is so understanding, caring, loving, & so much more. I have never felt more comfortable and accepted at a doctors office. Never once have I felt judged, like I didn’t matter, or that I was just “another patient.” This is my forever home and I am so grateful for Affinity Family Health!
