Had cataract surgery on rt eye on March 8 was very nervous but Dr Ranelle and his staff were very caring and wonderful and I felt at ease. Returned on March 22 to do left eye. Everything went well. Currently recovering with no issues. 20/20 in rt eye. And vision in left eye improving daily I'm sure will have same result at next appointment. Dr Ranelle and his staff are awesome. are awesome. andaarhistaff are awesome

My wife waited from April 2022 until August to have her first cataract surgery. Second eye done end of Sept. Office staff was excellent. Developed YAG in October and she is still waiting on an appointment for correction. The appointment has been rescheduled by their office four times - now it is scheduled for April 6, 2023! Even a reputation as "the best" is of no value if you cannot make time to follow up and serve your patients.

I went in for cataract evaluation on my eyes. Office atmosphere is professional, efficient and personable. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. At the time of this review, I have have had surgery on 1 of my 2 eyes. Surgery went well and staff was great about explaining the process in advance to ensure you knew what to expect. This was consistent for each step of pre-op, post-op, as well as during the surgery itself. The improvement is amazing. I can’t wait to get the second eye done next week.

Removed cataract from right eye. I went with the smart vision package and now see 20/20 each n that eye. Day 3 and no issues.

Dr Heisterkamp and her assistants were very cordial and kind. She listened to my problems and immediately sent a referral and orders for further testing to help get me to my next level of care.

Dr Head is who I see and he is very good. All staff are friendly and very efficient. They make sure all equipment is wiped off before exam.

Dr. Ranelle and staff have best "bedside" manner! They took time to answer questions, the procedure was quick and easy. I highly recommend this office and specifically Dr. Ranelle for lasik!

I had my eyes examined last Thursday with Dr.Heisterkamp! She is a excellent dr. Got me in and out very quickly! Everyone at this office in Hurst is so nice! I didn’t have to wait along time like some doctors offices do! I would recommend this office to anyone!
