List of Heath Bullard's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Bullard for about 15 years. He asks questions and really listens to what I’m saying. He takes his time with me to make sure me and my eyes stay healthy. He is a doctor who cares about his patients and isn’t just there to collect a paycheck. Plus, he has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ballard and never saw him. Another doctor came into the room and never explained why i was seeing her for my appointment after i had made it with Dr. Bullard. The exam was fine, however, i was asked 4 separate times if i wanted to spend “a little more money” for 1. Machine vs dilation drops ($40), 2. Don’t have your contacts but have this better brand for more money. 3. $40 more for contact fitting. I have been wearing contacts for years and just wanted a new prescription so i declined the fitting. Before i could check out i had to go see another lady who tried to seek me glasses, even though i already knew i wasn’t buying any that day. She was not very friendly, like not even a little bit. Went to check out and was given my glasses script but nothing for contacts. When i asked if i could get the contact script, I was told no because I declined the contact fitting. Surprisingly, I was referred to Dr. Bullard by Dr. Dennis Dean Very disappointed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
