💥Extremely caring doctor.💥I've seen Dr. Philips for many many years. He is funny, informative, attentive, not in any way condescending & completely sympathetic to chronic pain. Wonderful Pain Management offices & doctors are extremely difficult to find. The Optimal Pain office contains two great doctors, Dr. Scott Berlin & Dr. Michael Philips. Both doctors are board certified in anesthesiology. I assure you, you will not be disappointed utilizing this office. The majority of the time I see the PAs & typically only see Dr. Phillips when major changes to my care plan are needed or during procedures. The staff of PAs take great care of me to ensure all of my needs are met & questions are answered. The office is very clean with plenty of seating, the rooms are spacious, the appointments are typically very short & sweet. This office has three locations, Arlington, Ft Worth & Cleburne. The Cleburne location: There is an outpatient facility (Texas Health Surgery Center Cleburne) right off Highway 67, about 5 minutes from the office, for ease of access for your necessary procedures. There is also a small hospital (Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne) off Highway 67, roughly 10 minutes from the office and 4 minutes from the outpatient facility for your scans. Everything is right there & very close to each other. A year ago or so they went through changes in computer platforms along with their main medical group, which was crazy nuts for everyone, however they were all very kind & informative during that time. This office is a wonderful find.

After many months of mis diagnosis and severe pain, Dr Phillips helped my pain with no narcotics by 90%. Little to none in my legs or joints, Thank you Dr Phillips !

I have every confidence in Dr. Phillips. He always assures me of the progress I’m making. He offers help in all that I’m doing to get well, and asks questions. Always professional and for me to let him and his staff to know if I have any issues! I have been a patient for years now and I will continue until I don’t have any issues with my health.
