If you value your time and health, don't bother. It is an act of congress to get a prescription refilled, even one as important as blood pressure meds. They consistently are unresponsive to the pharmacy for refills. I'm a pretty patient guy, but I'm posting this because this has been a continuous problem. Un-exceptable, Sub-standard health care!

My dad was seeing Dr. Bsiso who was very good. He transferred to Dallas so we were moved to Dr. Vafadari. When we went for our next appt., we were told our appt hadn’t been transferred to Dr. Vafadari and we didn’t have an appt. We drove 40 minutes to the appt and were less than pleased. So we saw the PA and he was out of the room more than he was in it. We were unable to discuss all the items needed because of errors and him leaving the room so many times. We finally got 2 referrals and one prescription. 5 days later the referrals were still not sent nor was the prescription. I called numerous times and when I finally got a callback, the employee was quite snippy. This issue of the referrals and the prescription stills haven’t been completely resolved. We are changing doctors. The doctors may be good but the office doesn’t pay attention to details and their attitude is rude.
